Hoshi no Yoru
And it's a ho ho ho!
The gentle rice flavor comes first, then the umami.
As time goes by, the rice flavor becomes less pronounced and the sweetness increases. ❣️
Then a slight sourness 😍 The sweet and sourness is nice ⤴️
After more time, the bitterness starts to appear 😲 It changes little by little but the taste keeps changing 😍.
The bitter taste of the final form has appeared,
Natto and Kibinago (yellowtail) in Nanbanzuke
It goes well together 😍⤴️⤴️😆

Benten Musume after a long time
Hot sake warms you up when it's cold 🍶.
at a low temperature
Nutty aroma
Gentle acidity
Dry aftertaste that I think of as dry, with a lingering aftertaste that quickly disappears.
As the label on the back of the bottle says, it should be served hot.
The flavor expands quickly and instantly.
The aftertaste is short just like the hiya.
We definitely recommend heating it up! いーじーKaku-uchi (drinking on the corner)
In Fukuoka, there are many liquor stores that offer kaku-uchi (corner drinking) with a space for standing and drinking 🍶.
Depending on the location of the liquor store and the brands they carry, the kaku-uchi system and the personalities and age range of the customers may vary.
Xuyama Shuppan is famous among Fukuoka's sake shops for its warmed sake, especially for its hot sake!
Start with hiya!
The aroma is subdued.
Light at first, but the rice flavor gradually spreads.
The taste is calm and gentle, with a good roundness.
When heated up, the acidity is in full swing.
It's been a while since I drank a hiyaoroshi with matured umami.

理華I often drink hiragana yokoyama, but this is my first time to drink hiragana yokoyama,
Kanji Yokoyama is new to me 😍.
Sweet and sour berry type❣️
Sharper than Hiragana YOKOYAMA 🙆.
It has a bitter aftertaste that you don't get with Hiragana Yokoyama 😆 I like it 😆.
The sweetness and rice taste became more pronounced after some time. ⤴️
Kanji Yokoyama is also good 👍😆😆.
Rice used: 100% Akaban Omachi
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 15
Date of production 24.4 ポンちゃんRika, good evening 🦉.
I've only had Hiragana Yokoyama 💦 Kanji Yokoyama looks easy to drink too 😻
I wonder if the color of the letters are linked to the flavor 😳I'll get it when I see the pink letters 😁. ムロGood evening, Rika!
I didn't know Kanji Yokoyama🍶😥I like Hiragana Yakoyama so I'm curious about it ❣️
The review looks delicious and I'd like to drink it ‼️ MAJGood evening, Rika! I'm so glad to see you here 😄
Oh, you drank Kanji, didn't you? I drank it for the first time the other day too and it was delicious 😋. 理華Oh, wow! Pon-chan, have you had Kanji Yokoyama yet? The label is more classic than the hiragana one 😆 but it's a nice and tasty sake 🙆It might be easier to pair this one with food. 理華Do you like Yokoyama too, Muro 😍❣️ then you should try this Kanji Yokoyama too👍⤴️ hiragana has a fruity and sweetness that comes through, but the Kanji has a more adult complexity that is also delicious. ❣️❣️ 理華MAJ, you are new to Kanji Yokoyama too? 😍Hiragana is good, but Kanji is also very good. ⤴️⤴️😋I used to choose Hiragana, but I might try other Kanji Yokoyama and become more mature lol. shirakiku星降る夜のshirakiku 純米無濾過生原酒 SUMMER LIMITED 理華Shirasugi Shuzo's sake brewed with food rice 🍶.
The other day I drank a Koshihikari sake made from Kangiku's Koshihikari rice with a 90% milling ratio,
I had a taste of Koshihikari Koshihikari with 90% polished rice the other day 🎶.
Mmmm..! 😍😍!
It's so delicious! 😍😍
It's soooo fruity but still has a rich sake-like flavor!
The sweet and sourness is really good, sweet and tasty rich berry type 😋.
I love the aftertaste 😆.
It's amazing that Koshihikari can be made into such a flavorful sake 👏!

I love the name "Semishigure" 😆.
It's a word that refers to the sound of many cicadas chirping all at once, like the sound of a drizzling rain.
It's a tasteful word!
By the way, this sake ❣️
It's so good! ⤴️⤴️
It's so shwashy 😍😍!
The opening went well but I accidentally let the bottle go up and down to mix the orikiri and it overflowed a lot 😂 stupid 🤣.
I like the light oozy feeling ❣️
Fruity, sweet, and shwashy 🎶.
I also like the slight bitterness in the aftertaste🙆

First Fusozuru
It's still hot outside, but I'm in the mood for the last time I had Tokigen, a classic San-in, Kinki, and Hokuriku sake to shoo me away 🍶.
At room temperature
Mellow aroma with acidity.
Good balance of umami and acidity
Depth of flavor, but not too heavy.
Dry aftertaste with a long aftertaste.
When heated, the acidity is reduced and it becomes easier to drink.
Longer aftertaste when hot. 理華I've been hooked on Mr. Azuma Tsuru lately: ❣️
When you pour it, you get really fine little bubbles in your glass.
It's so nice 😆.
It's easy on the palate 😚 I love the sweet and sour taste!
It's a January release, but it's also soft and soothing in the hot summer months: ❣️
I've been drinking it for a couple of days and it's getting sweeter 😍I wonder if it's peach🍑 or grape🍇.
It's so yummy 😍⤴️⤴️

Date of production: January 2024 ポンちゃんHi Rika 🐦.
I've been wanting to try this drink for a long time but haven't come across it 😭It's peach🍑 or grape🍇😻I'm glad it's low al 😆 in summer. 理華Pon-chan🎶Higashi Tsuru is from the neighboring prefecture of Saga, so you have a better chance of seeing it in Fukuoka. ❣️❣️ so I've been putting it off 😂😂I'll be drinking it more often from now on. ❣️❣️ いーじーCurry and Pairing Sake (5)
Purchased at a liquor store on the way back from a previous trip to Kitakyushu
Cold sake
Moderate in aroma.
Classic light
Smooth on the palate but with a strong acidity.
Full-bodied like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast
The aftertaste is rather dry.
Probably the best match for curry out of all the sakes we tried this time!
Please try it with summer vegetables! 理華The owner of the liquor store is a Gunma Izumi Honjozo fan 😆.
The one you can try at Kakuuchi is also a Honjozo 😆.
I had a selfish image of "Gunma Izumi is a classic" 😆.
But this one was different 😍.
Gentle fruity sake!
I'd say it's somewhere between modern and classic.
Very good as a food sake 👍
I can drink it with Japanese food and never get tired of it 😋😋.

I was thinking Gunma Izumi Classic too, but the "light green" draft is easy to drink! This labeled draft looks easy to drink too 😻I'd like to try it 😊. 理華Ponchan I saw your review on ⤴️ ❣️❣️ Light green looks delicious too! I tend to prefer the more fruity and floral ones, but Gunma Izumi is also nice and tasty to drink with food 😆 I feel like an adult 😆. 理華I love yokomaya,
Summer sake first time ❣️
Finally got it after 3 years 😂.
It's still so good! ⤴️⤴️
I love the sweetness and juiciness that is unique to Yokoyama,
but the sweet and juicy taste unique to Yokoyama will make your mouth water 😦.
It's so sweet and juicy, you'll feel it in your mouth 😋😋😋.
Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki
Alcohol content 15%.
Polishing ratio: Kake rice 55%, Koji rice 50%. いーじーPurchased at a liquor store. Rare.
At room temperature.
Calm aroma.
The sake from Shizuoka that I had previously tasted from Honorifuji was rather light, and this one has a somewhat similar image to that. The taste is soft and not too heavy. The acidity from the aftertaste is moderate, and the sharpness is good.
Personally, I prefer it hot. Elegant sake suitable for heating up.
Recommended for intermediate to advanced drinkers. いーじーPurchased at liquor stores. Rarity is extremely high in some areas.
At room temperature.
Yamabuki color. Subdued ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, but the weight increases later. There is a slight astringency.
When heated, it has a moderate umami flavor. It tastes like a traditional mother's sake. The aftertaste is a little long.
We enjoyed it with nabe dishes. Good as a food sake. Good value as a hot sake.
Recommended for intermediate to advanced drinkers. 理華It's my favorite kind of shwashy origami 😍.
The schwash is energetic ❕.
When poured into a glass, the large bubbles cling to the glass and are spectacular😍.
It's just the right amount of sweet and sour 😍❣️
Combined with the energetic bubbles, it's a great summer drink ❕.
The best summer sake 😋😋😋.
Yummmm 😋😋.
I want to drink it again before the summer is over😍. なのは(名芭)Hi, Rika-san! I love the "shuwa shuwa orikara" type of wine, too.... 理華Nanoha-san❣️-⤴️ is the smallest sake brewery in Saga 🎶but all of their sake are delicious! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
