Purchased at a sake shop A guy I used to know at a sake bar recommended this sake from Hyogo! A brand that you don't see very often in Osaka 👀. Cold sake. Subdued aroma Light on the palate Rounded flavor with a mellow and astringent taste in the mid-palate It is rather dry.

Purchased at Kitakyushu liquor store tour 2 months ago Hatsu-Toyoibai Surprisingly rare image Probably the last summer sake of 2024... Cold sake Rumney-like aroma Tight acidity and umami. Refreshingly sharp from the mid-palate to the finish. The aftertaste is short.

Kitakyushu Sake Shop Drive Sake No.5 Before heading to Kitakyushu, we went to Hisayama Sake Shop, which we had wanted to visit for a long time. I was told that there was a rare brand of sake that was not sold in the liquor stores in Fukuoka City. The interior of the store is a wooden structure with a relaxed atmosphere. In the fridge, there are only one bottle of various brands in stock, and they are not neatly arranged (in a good way), but rather placed in a disorganized manner. Searching for sake is like a treasure hunt! Each bottle has a card explaining the product, so you don't have to worry even if you have a problem. This may be the best store I visited during my visit to the liquor store! I chose Hanaizumi, which is my first brand from the same brewery, although I sometimes see Loman! Cold sake! It was neither too heavy nor too light. neither too sweet nor too spicy. It is a very medium-bodied sake, not too heavy, not too light, not too sweet, not too dry. It has a good volume. Very good as a food sake

I drank CASARECCIO brewed with black malted rice before and enjoyed it very much, I was looking forward to the white malted rice version that will be released in the spring. I found Mr. Miyoshikiku! Now I'm one step ahead in map painting 🎶😍. It has a fruity aroma like I like ❣️ It's more acidic, but sweet and sour. Almost no ricey flavor, but refreshing. I feel like I like it❣️❣️ Like a grape 🍇 that enjoys a low sweetness and sourness 😋. Not a food wine, but a dessert wine It went well with crackers 😋.
