I still have a weakness for the word "Unfiltered Nama Sake" 😆.
Refreshing and crisp. Mild sweetness.
It is fresh but also has a deep flavor and deliciousness.
It has a sharpness that makes it easy to drink.
A few years ago, I would never have been able to drink this sake (I don't like it), but it is a sake that gives the impression of being a sake.

This was my first time to try Yoshinogawa Nama Sake 🍶It was quite delicious ✨My wife says "you can't go wrong with unfiltered Nama Sake" 🤣. flos_lingua_estSince the spring session of Mitsuo Yamakawa's Yamagata Masamune, I bought two bottles of the summer sake and was very satisfied with them. I chose Omachi, a standard sake of the same brand, to compare with Aki-agari, a seasonal sake.
As is typical of Tohoku sake, it has an apple-like aroma, especially pineapple, but it also has a hint of alcohol, which is strange. When you drink it, you can feel the alcohol, but it has a surprisingly rounded texture. This kind of sake may not be so common.
After 3-4 days, the pineapple flavor fades away, and it is enjoyable as a medium dry sake with a hint of sweetness.
It is often said to be "watery," and this is the level of mellowness that gives it the impression of being a sake from the Tohoku region.
It is so delicious that I was scared after about the fifth day! The acidity cuts the excess sweetness, and the sourness gives it a fruitiness that makes it dry but juicy!
I love Yamagata Masamune. I'm looking forward to the new sake season, which I haven't encountered yet.

The bottle was chilled so well that it was gassy when opened, but the supernatant was clear. The supernatant was clear and clean.

Today was the graduation ceremony of our eldest daughter from junior high school.
We had been tossed around by the Corona disaster, but the last year has eased up considerably, and we were able to attend the ceremony together as a couple.
Since we were able to attend the ceremony, we had a glass of Sairai's MATSUZAKI limited edition that we purchased at the KOEDO SAKE COLLECTION 2024.
It has a beautiful sweet fruit aroma.
It also has a hint of acidity, but it is elegant.
It is clear and tastes great at any temperature, from minus temperature to room temperature.
It is 16 degrees Celsius, but it is smooth and easy to drink.

This is an assemblage of several types of sake that have been aged slowly at -5°C. Enjoy the complex aroma and flavor. Please enjoy the rich aroma and taste of the complex combination of aromas and flavors. The name says it all.
This sake also has a complex aroma and taste. It has a more calm and clear taste than Junmai Ginjo.
The sweetness is also refined.

This is an assemblage of several types of sake that have been slowly matured at -5°C (-4°F). Please enjoy the rich aroma and flavor of this complex blend. The name says it all.
Indeed, it has a complex aroma and taste. It has a graininess.
It's hard to put into words, but the taste is addictive.
On the second day, it seems to have mellowed and gained in flavor. 酔nosukeIt is a Jungin Nama-shu brewed with Misato Nishiki from Hanayuup ❤️ with a bright red-pink label.
When the bottle was first opened, it had a fruity aroma and was very juicy! I thought it would end up just being sweet, but later on, a slight sourness and a dry, bitter astringency also followed.
After a few days from opening the bottle, the sweetness that was prominent on the first day was suppressed, and the bitter-sweetness and astringency became balanced and delicious. Fresh and gorgeous, it is easy to drink and delicious! たけっちYunoka Akatake NEWBORN

It has been a long time since I have had a chance to taste Akabu. I had kind of passed on it recently, but I was curious about Akabu's autumn sake, so I bought it.
The clarity is amazing! The freshness, fruitiness, and sweetness remind me of pears. Despite its clarity, it is somewhat fruity in a good way, with a slight hint of banana. I can also taste some muscat and apple, maybe from the acidity (rather, from the first few days, it's mainly muscat and apple). And maybe a little bit of persimmon. It's not so much the taste itself, but the image I get from it. It's the season.
The elegant aroma and the rounded texture on the tongue make me feel autumn. And yet at the same time it retains a bit of freshness, which may surprise you a little when you think it's an autumn sake!
It is very drinkable for a 13% sake. It has a strong flavor or core to the extent that you can drink it after a very strong sake called Kurosawa without feeling any discomfort.
It gives the impression of being smooth and light, but it is also full-bodied and deep, so it gives a strange and profound impression. Above all, it is amazing that it does not deteriorate at all even after a few days!
