The meaning of Hana Akari is said to be "the brightness of flowers illuminating the night".
I had this sake because of the lively plum blossoms in my garden.
It has a light texture on the tongue. It is light.
Slightly fizzy.
Gentle citrus sweetness.
It has been cold, but spring flowers are starting to bloom. Spring is almost here.
