Fourth place is the first rocky shore boast in a long time. Isozumo is a little bit expensive. Second place goes to Drunken Whale. This is also a draft sake and only available for a limited time 😃. 55% polished, 17% alcohol by volume It's still dry when you drink it: ❗️ I bet they match it with sashimi. (I forgot to take a picture 😅) It has a high alcohol content and a good sharpness, so it doesn't disturb the food. Easy to drink for a dry sake with some ginjo aroma 😊. I got 2 gou of this one and it just keeps going and going!

It's a year-end party for outside drinking: ❗️ All-you-can-drink on the manager's discretion The first one is Tasake's newest sake, Nama Sake! Nama Sake is only sold once a year, in November! They brought us a 4-goupe bottle of sake straight out of the bottle! 55% polished domestic rice (Hanabukiyuki), 16% alcohol by volume. Twist the aluminum cap by yourself. The sound of the bottle opening! I tried to drink it and found that it has the feeling of a fresh sake... The sweetness is moderate, but the aroma is very typical of tasake. But I happened to see a notice that it was on sale today! I bought it even though my fridge was already full. This is my first time drinking the Moon series. 50% polished Yuyamanishiki, 16% alcohol by volume When the aluminum cover is removed and the crown is opened The sound of the bottle opening is the mf psshhshh! The top aroma is of honey apple to melon. It also has a freshness. When you drink it... I'm not sure if it's a good one or not... It's so good! ❣️ Nectar and freshness As soon as you feel the juicy sweetness on the tip of your tongue As soon as you feel the sweet-juicy juiciness on the tip of your tongue, the fresh acidity and chili sensation that is typical of nama-shu spreads. The umami is restrained and clean. This is a sake that you can keep on drinking. ❗️ It has a similar feeling to Shinshu Kamerei, It tastes a bit like Shinshu Kamerei, but a little more beautiful. Aged sogape that had been dormant We are opening one for the first time in a long time. After much deliberation on what to make, I chose A mixed fermentation of 1/2/3/4/5/6 yeast and natural fungi. The last time I drank it, I had the impression that it was very peculiar. Riasake Naturel This is not a Burgundy type bottle. Miyamanishiki 70% polished rice from Nagano Prefecture, 16% alcohol. The rice field produces a low-protein daiginjo because it is pesticide-free and therefore 1/2 the yield! As soon as the cork is popped I've been waiting for this for a long time. ❗️ The aroma of the traditional sake yeast yeast is wafting out of the mouth of the bottle. wafted out of the mouth of the bottle 😳. I'm going away from Oita but I'll be in Kyushu. Nabeshima is next: ‼️ The first purple label in a long time! Not much aroma, but the taste is sweet and delicious! But the mouthfeel is sweet and delicious. A little tangy. It also has some umami. Nabeshima is still delicious! The last dish is Oita's specialty, Kabosu Somen! The sourness of the kabosu added to the firm chicken broth is delicious. ❗️ We had a little bit to drink, but it was fun 😆.

I'm going to have another drink in Oita. Flower smile It's my first time to drink this brand. The aroma is muscat! The mouthfeel is clean and crisp. The chart at the store said it was sweet, but it is quite dry. The last is a little bitter. We had it with plum crystals!

The first nigori of this year is The snowman you can't miss every year: ⛄️ This is a repeat for the third year in a row😊. Domaine Sakura Yamada Nishiki 50% Koji rice, 60% polished Kake rice Alcohol 13%. When the nigori perforated crown is opened The sound of opening the bottle is gentle with a push of mp. Then, fine bubbles start to rise up. plenty of nigori is vigorously and automatically stirred ‼️ Whoo-hoo-hoo, this is the most energetic one so far! Since it is automatically stirred I couldn't get rid of the top layer of bubbles first. There was no way to top off the mixture in the glass. The top aroma is muscat. The fresh acidity of 🫧 jumps straight into the mouth! As soon as you think the sweetness and richness come after the acidity, the bitterness spreads out clearly without a moment's pause. Then, without a moment's pause, a clear bitterness spreads. Contrary to the impression on the label, it has a dry mouthfeel. I'm beaten 🤣! This year's Snowman is delicious ❗️ I'll buy it again since it will be released several times...

The third drink is here. I've read that 2 twins x rainbow (7 colors) = 14 -> 14yo. I have read that 35% polished Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, 16% alcohol by volume. This one is also about the second cup of a four-pack bottle. Good condition😘. I gained 2kg after the big summer job... I had a medical checkup coming up, so I cut off sake for a week and lost only 0.5kg😅. The result is not yet, but I'm going to drink today since the checkup is over. Oze no Yukidoke Mild nigori 50% polished domestic rice, 15% alcohol by volume Marie from EUREKA!, who I hope to visit someday, recommended this new sake, so I bought it 😊. I drank Ozeyuki's first shibori last year and was impressed by the sweet gal type. No opening sound when you twist the aluminum cap tight! The aroma is a modest honey apple. It also has a little bit of a zing to it. When you drink it, it has a sweet taste, but it's rather refreshing. There is a little bit of greenness, which is a bit like melon. The acidity is mild. I can definitely feel the bitterness. It is not sweet and juicy, but has a good balance and is easy to drink 😊.

I asked for one of the three types, only to hear that it was a No. 6 hanpukai, and oh, the Kamikuni Ryou type ‼️ I never thought I'd meet you 🥹. Misato Nishiki 55% polished from Akita, 13% alcohol Niimasa-like acidity and wood vat aroma. However, since it is a draft sake, the freshness has been reduced a lot after 2 years. A bit of bitterness has increased. It's a shame... I wish I could have drunk it right away... but thankful for the miracle of meeting again 🙏.

On the way back from Nikko foliage viewing (pic4), I headed for Numata over the Kinsei Pass to avoid the traffic jam on the Iroha slope, so I went to Tsuchida Sake Brewery (pic3). There were so many different concepts of sake that I had a hard time deciding what to choose for my first visit to Tsuchida😅. After talking to the brewer at the store, I decided to go with this one, which is a limited edition and a bit more aggressive than the others: ❗️ 70% polished Gunma rice, 15% alcohol by volume What is surprising is that the percentage of koji rice used is 99%‼️ I'm trying something new 🏉. In addition, this is STUDY 4, which has a longer milling time than usual (STUDY 5, which is the longest, is sold out). The longer the time, the darker the label seems to get! They recommended storing it at room temperature and drinking it at room temperature, but I'll drink it cold at first, which I'm used to drinking: ‼️ The sound of opening the bottle is pus in mp The aroma is dense pineapple🍍 ~ apricot in syrup ~ ripe mango🥭. Travels in Sogape Part 4: Numérosis I was going to open a normal lot, but I opened a Domaine Ikedalot by mistake😅. Nagano Miyamanishiki 59% polished, 16% alcohol The aroma is mild, but has a hint of a yeast yeast yeast yeast + lactic acidity. A bit of a tang (I thought this might be a pattern that would disappear after a little while after opening the bottle, but it was gone cleanly by the second day and the aroma became more grapey 😊). When I drank it, I found that it had a matured sweetness and a strong umami flavor. The acidity is rounded and rounded. There is a bit of bitterness in the finish. It is a little bit lighter than the others. After drinking 1, 2, 3, and 6, I would like to close with my impression of the half year aged Sogape. It is more difficult to tell the difference than drinking new sake right away.
