At the liquor store I sometimes go to I found a Saku with an unfamiliar label. Wow, I've never had Saku's Omachi... (↑I was mistaken😅) So I bought it. There is a limited series of sake rice, isn't there? There are Aizan, Omachi and Kami no Ho, I heard. While I was thinking about when to drink it, I finally came across 🧚🏿😱! I've been holding off on sake because of my strange sense of taste and smell, But if I'm going to start drinking again, I'd like to try a sake with a reassuring sense of taste. So I tried this one! (Or rather, a test of my recovery). 55% polished Omachi from Okayama Prefecture, 15% alcohol by volume When the plastic cover is removed and the crown is opened, the sound of the bottle being opened is a bouju bouju at mp. Gorgeous aroma from the mouth of the bottle ♫ A mix of pineapple 🍍 and honey apple 🍎. When I drank it, I found it to be sweet. And there is a strong Omachi-like flavor. The acidity is mild. There is some bitterness in the last part, but it is just right. In other words, it's good! I was able to catch both the aroma and the taste. I also got a perfect score in my 👅👃test. I can't drink a lot of it yet. I'm glad to be back to drinking at home 🥹.

Koji rice Yamadanishiki, Kake rice Gohyakumangoku 60% polished, Alcohol 15%. When I drank it, I found it to be It lives up to its name! I drank the Sogape straight up and the Sogape after it had been laid down. I found that I like it somewhere in between. I'm going to open the last bottle I bought this year! (For the first time in a year, the stock of sogapé in my fridge is zero!) Miyamanishiki 59% polished, 16% alcohol Ilya Thornton is a mixed fermentation of #1 and #2 yeast. Pop the cork. Sogape is a sake to be drunk for its flavor, not its ginjo aroma. Sogape is more classical than Senkori Organic Naturale, which is made with a forced classical method. However, it is different from heavy sake yeast! It still has enough freshness. It still has enough freshness, but with a thicker umami and acidity that is typical of the traditional sake making method. which will spread more and more in the future. while feeling the signs of dense sweetness. The glass was full of bubbles and sooty! The aroma is rummy, muscat, and Japanese pear type. Contrary to my expectation that it would be dry and sour since it is a Senkyoku, my first impression was sweet and delicious. It is fresh and is wrapped by strong gas, but it has a nice flavor of sake yeast and lactic acidity. The second glass was a different impression, and the astringency and sharp bitterness of the wooden vat came to the fore! The change in flavor is fun! It was more delicious than I expected.

I don't often buy jackets. but I was somewhat curious and decided to buy it. I looked at the label, and it's the same as the other day's "Brilliant Sparkle". So this is CWS, too? 50% polished domestic rice, 16% alcohol by volume I removed the black aluminum cover and opened the crown. The opening sound is a swoosh with mp The top aroma is quite fruity with honey apple Remembering a little of the other day's "Brilliant", I sipped the first sip. First, a sip of the supernatant. It's gorgeous, sweet and delicious. It has a nice sweetness and juiciness, but it has a strong chili flavor that is typical of sake. It has a nice sweet juicy flavor. The second cup is a bit of a dry sake. It has more flavor. It tastes better when mixed with lees. The roses in the garden are starting to bloom It's a Hanami sake 😊.

Seasonal sake at every Red Takeshi I was also interested in the new collaboration sake Nakamichi. But it was a little bit expensive (price that AIR can buy 2 bottles... actually AIR is 1 bottle per person 😅), so I decided to take the day off and bought this one. Domestic rice 60% polished, 12% alcohol by volume The sound of opening the bottle is a little smoke 💨 at the mouth of the bottle. A little smoke 💨 on the bottle mouth The top aroma is rummy, greefruity, and a little pear-like fruity. When you drink it, it's still refreshingly fresh. No bubbles or chili, but the acidity is the main flavor. The sweetness is also present, but the bitterness is nicely balanced by a good amount of bitterness. It's light and easy to drink with low alcohol content, so you can't help but drink it. When the temperature rises a little, the sweetness comes to the fore! On a hot GW day It is perfect to drink it cool and crisp! Even my son, who is not a fan of sake, enjoyed drinking it with me 😊.
