GW is over and the summer sake season is in. ‼️ I bought a new brand from Tenbi. I bought a bottle of "Hotaru" (blue) after "Shirokuro Momoyuki Aka" (spicy). The love for Yamasan never stops: ‼️ When I saw the announcement of the restocking of Jun Dai Yamane Nishiki, I immediately bought it ❗️ Unexpectedly, we compared Aizan ♥️ and Yamane Nishiki 🩷 with Yamasan Jundai 😃. I already know it's delicious from the start 🩷vs. ♥️ at its peak after the bottle was opened and the hardness had been loosened. The 🩷 is 45% polished Yamae-Nishiki, 15% alc. The plastic cover is removed and the crown is opened. The opening sound is the same as the last time, f... ♫ The white smoke rises and it's exciting ☺️ Inside the glass is a micro bubble in no time 🫧. The difference between pic4 and ♥️ is obvious! The upper aroma is muscat - green apple 🍏. Nice aroma 🥰. The 🩷 is the impression of dry cider as before Fresh acidity with a touch of gas and just the right amount of sweetness is exquisite 😍. This year's dancyu's sake feature got me interested in sake. I tried it for the first time! 60% polished 60% Tamakae from Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture, 15% alcohol by volume The opening sound is mf and boujuju ♫ Surprisingly healthy. My favorite of Akabu's sake rice series. (I heard it's properly called the elegance series 😅) I've been waiting for it for so long that I was wondering if it would be released this year... I got so tired of waiting for it, but I got the information that it is finally in stock. I bought a bottle of Akabu's Sake Mirai. But when I looked at last year's record, I found that we drank it on almost the same day 🤣. Well, I'll get back on track. Sake future 50% polished, 15% alcohol When the plastic cover is removed and the crown is opened The sound of the bottle opening is a long tone of "f" ♫ Good aroma from the mouth of the bottle as soon as it is opened ♫ ☺️ The top aroma is of gorgeous honey apple and melon. Slightly malted rice flavor. The moment you take a sip As soon as you take a sip, the rich sweetness of Jyushiyo swells up. The acidity, which is typical of nama-zake, tightens it up. The last thing that remains is a slight bitterness. This year's version is also very tasty and brings tears to my eyes 😍✨. I've been drinking Akabu mainly as a light seasonal sake (Limited series to be exact), but compared to that, this one is a darker style with a distinct sweetness. There were some tempting spring sakes, but but I decided on this modern Yamahai sake, which I had never tried before. Ishikawamon 60% polished, 13% alcohol by volume The sound of the bottle opening was a "f"-spong ♫ Smoke also appeared 💨 Microbubbles appear immediately after pouring into a glass 🫧. As expected of a raw sake 👍 The aroma is like rumney or muscat. Modern Yamahai has a really nice aroma! The temperature is a little high because I drink it right after I bring it home. When I drink it, the sweetness is open well. It has a thick sourness and a sweetness that is typical of Modern Yamahai! The thick acidity, which is typical of Modern Yamahai, and the fresh acidity of Nama-zake go well together. The fresh acidity of the unpasteurized sake combines with the thick acidity that is typical of modern Yamahai sake. As expected, it is very good! I really like Modern Yamahai!
