It's getting colder all at once.
The park nearby is in the midst of its late autumn foliage (pic.4).
I went out to buy some nigori.
I found Shin Takachiyo, which I haven't had in a while 💡.
The last time I drank G-TYPE [Chichi] was delicious, so I bought it.
I bought it!
Flat polished rice 65%, low alcohol of 12 degrees
When the aluminum screw cap is opened, the opening sound is silent.
The top aroma is citrusy 🍋.
Microbubbles appeared after a little while after pouring into the glass!
When I drank it, I found it to be very refreshing.
It has a citrusy, lemon-like acidity with a hint of apricot sweetness.
There is also a bitterness in the sharpness, which gives it a greefy feel.
It is a white wine-like sake with low alcohol content.
It's delicious and you can't help but sip it 🤣.
My wife also liked it 😋!
Shin Takachiyo, if you find it, you must buy it: ❗️

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
Kanji, hinagana, katakana Takachiyo following the alphabet, it's totally different from the others and has a delicious refreshing sour taste 😋.
Looking forward to your feedback 😌.

Hi ymdaz 🐦.
The landscape looks like a painting 🍁 really fits the label 😊.
The Shin Takachitoyo sounds like a definite delicacy as well! I'll have to try it next time 😅 since my husband has been leaving it alone despite me telling him to.
