Naohiko Noguchi Laboratory Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake" 🍶, Komatsu City, Ishikawa, Japan
Rice / Gohyakumangoku
This is my first time to try this sake from Naohiko Noguchi Institute 🎉.
I've always wanted to try it!
I was wondering about Honjozo and Junmai 🤔 at the liquor store, but this time I bought Junmai sake!
It had a good balance of umami, acidity, and spiciness, and was very satisfying to drink👍.

I was going to hold off on sake for 3 months until the middle of this month, but I've moved up the schedule and opened the bottle 😁.
It's very attractive to be able to casually enjoy Naohiko Noguchi Institute's sake & snacks in Kanazawa station!
