The sake I chose to end the year with is...
Masumi Arabashiri barrel sake.
I've been drinking sake from time to time, but it's been a while since I've had a sakéwa 💦.
At the end of last year, I saw a nice barrel of Masumi at a liquor store, and I wasn't sure whether to buy it or not.
It has a slight woody aroma, juicy sweet and sour taste, followed by a slight spiciness that goes down your throat quickly and deliciously 😊.
Red 🟥⬜ is now "Ruby's Ring" 🟥⬜.
