Junmai Sake Hanpukai Ichinokura Junmai Sake🍶, Osaki, Miyagi Rice／Kura-no-Hana Yeast/Kyokai No. 901 This hanpukai has a silhouette of the prefecture where the brewery is located as a motif on the label, which is cool red on a black background! ⬛🟥🟥. Gorgeous, soooo good aroma 😌😌😌😌. Mild acidity with umami and spiciness and a nice kick ✨. Warmed to lukewarm with smoked oysters from Minamisanriku... The synergy of umami made me smile 😄 With a meal at room temperature... It went well with the pork, eggplant, and bell pepper stir-fried with miso🙆.

Some time ago, I heard an interview with Mr. Naohiko Noguchi on NHK's "Radio Midnight News. He spoke with warmth, and I was thinking that someday I would like to try some sake from the Naohiko Noguchi Institute... This time, I would like to try his apprentice's sake 😊. Junmai Sake Hanpukai Miyako Bijin Yamahai Junmai Koshu from Minami-Awaji, Hyogo 🍶. Rice / Yamadanishiki Yeast/Kyokai No.7 It is an unusually matured sake in this hanpukai! According to the pamphlet, "Recommended dishes include yudofu (boiled tofu), Awaji beef sukiyaki, cheese, smoked fish, vanilla ice cream, bitter chocolate, custard pudding, etc. Enjoy it with a meal, heated to about 50-50°C." 📝. The beautiful amber color after 7 years of aging made me happy just by looking at it... ✨It was mellow yet sharp and food went well 😋. For dessert, we had a fresh plump flavor of Yukimi Daifuku that was just chilling in the freezer! The combination with the 🍮 warmed and chilled 👍 was 👍😆. It's been a while since I've had a Yukimi Daifuku... 🐇 The sweet message from Usagi on the back of the package made me smile 🥺... 🥺.

Today was a ☔ day and I was surprised to see that the road in front of my house was like a river for the first time in a long time 😨 I hope your area is ok... Tonight's sake is Fukushima's "Tenmei Nakadori Kogo" 🍶. I've been drinking Tenmei since last November when I had the "Zero" 😊. So "Corporal" is the anchor of the Nakadori series😅. The fruity aroma, the sweet and sour taste filled my mouth and then went to the back of my throat with a slight bitterness... I managed to hold back from almost emptying the 4-gouple bottle 🤣. The third picture is of some sasa dango I bought and froze when I was in Fukushima 😋.

5月初旬、体のあちこちにアクシデントが…😵‍💫 やっと落ち着いてきたので、GWに飲もう♪と思っていたお酒を開栓しました🌱 埼玉・飯能「五十嵐純米吟醸無濾過生原酒直汲み」🍶 オリを含んだガス感と甘旨酸苦のバランスがとても心地よかったです😊 お酒を楽しめるのも健康だからこそだなぁ…としみじみ感じました😌 フライパンを新調したので、さっそく目玉焼き🍳😋

Last week I chose "Hishiko" for my mother's birthday 🎂. And this week, for my father😇s birthday, I chose the sake... It is "Harugokoro Junmai Sake Kibune Hatsu Shibori" from Komatsu City, Ishikawa 🍶. I was attracted by the fact that it has my father's name on it and the fact that it was the first brand I had seen 🌸. After the apple-like acidity, the rich flavor and alcohol taste reminiscent of sake lees was impressive, and the sip after sip went on and on! 🥰 The second photo is a two-shot with "Hishiko" since we were there! 😆 😆

Yesterday was my mother's birthday who lives far away from me 😊. I thought about celebrating with the sake we have at home, but I still wanted this sake, so I went a little further and bought it 🏃. It's Niigata "Ryoko JUICE Junmai Ginjoshu Namaishu" 🍶. The fresh sweet and sourness was followed by the umami, and then it was cut off by a slight bitterness. The end of the bottle was very beautiful and went well with a meal. It's a dangerous sake that goes down smoothly 😉" said the liquor store owner, and I almost finished the four-pack... 😁. When I posted about "Haneya" the other day, I was thinking that I would like to try it with shiroebi (white shrimp) as a side dish, and since shiroebi from Toyama Prefecture were just inexpensive, I diligently grated some daikon radish 😌. In February and March, I had a series of occasions to wear mourning clothes... In March, our neighbor's father passed away at the age of mid-90 🙏. The family chose to care for him at home, as he looked forward to his evening drinks. We were bowled over by their dedication... After returning from the wake, I wanted to offer a toast, and I remembered that he was a monk at a temple in Shinshu... so I chose I chose "Toyooka Junmai Ginjo Nakadori Unrefined Nama Sake" from Obuse-cho, Nagano. The lustrous fruitiness and umami flavor spread in my mouth... 😌. The label is a subdued purple, almost navy blue color... 😌. By the way, I use a purple pen when I write down Buddhist matters in my notebook 🖊.

〜Go To Eat Tokyo Digital Meal Voucher Edition Aichi "Nitoshi Junmai Manzai 70" 🐇🐇🐇. I could taste the full flavor of the rice 😊. Manzai" is originally a variety of edible rice 🌾. And last but not least +α Iwate "Akabu F The waiter asked us if we wanted to drink the sake we had less than a cup of. So we were served this sake 🍶. As I mentioned before, "F" stands for "For you"... It was very thoughtful and exceptionally delicious 😊. And I used up my meal ticket successfully 😄/

Second 🏮 Izakaya Digital meal ticket OK! The waitress was very smiling and showed us the way 🙋 "It's the last day today, isn't it? The first drink 🍶. Fukushima "Collage" Junmai Sake I was so relieved that it doubled in deliciousness 🥰. I like restaurants that serve me a glass of water along with the sake 😌.

Dinner with former colleagues, ed. Fourth drink: 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Tochigi "Modern Sentori Mukaku The pleasant sourness was perfect with sushi! -------------------- Long story from here 🤣. Now...the bill ¥¥¥¥! I had a problem when I tried to pay with a Go To Eat Tokyo digital meal ticket! I had meal coupons that were purchased at different times, and I had to close the screen once in order to use them, but this restaurant said that I could only pay for the amount I could use on one screen... 😱Wow💦 I thought, but I didn't want to be a pussy at this point, so I used the amount I could use and paid the bill. I was not mature enough to be rude at this point, so I used only what I could use and paid the bill. Only a few hours left until the expiration date... ⏳. I went to St. Mark's Cafe where I could use the meal ticket to calm down ☕ I bought 4 hot sandwiches, 2 of each kind, and thought I could take them home, but my friend devoured 2 of them 👀! I was saved by the way she ate them 😂. I bought 2 more 🥪 for my friend who has an early breakfast tomorrow and asked her to take them home, while I grabbed my meal ticket (although it was in my phone 😁) and headed back to the city at night... 🏮 to be continued...

A long time ago 💦. ~Last day for Go To Eat Tokyo digital meal coupons~! Dinner with former colleagues (4 drinks in total) First drink 🍶. Toyama "Haneya Junmai Ginjo Kirabi I've always wanted to try Haneya 🧚. I love the sparkling name ✨. It had a beautiful taste and was perfect for the first glass 😊. The only reason I didn't call it the "Sashi-Drinking Edition" is because my ex-colleague rarely drinks 😁.

Slowly drinking at home for the first time in a while✨ I drank Genmai's Omachi at the beginning of the year, so I chose Miyamanishiki to start the new year. The sweetness, umami, and finally the bitterness added to a deep lingering aftertaste that got me comfortably drunk 😌... 😌. I've been eating a lot of rice 🍚 these days, even after drinking alcohol 😋. After coming home from the gym, I was preparing for a late dinner, when suddenly there was a thunderstorm ⚡! 😯. Suddenly I remembered an instrumental song I used to listen to a lot, "Spring Thunder" by Yomei Club... Postscript: On the second day, I made a spiced curry with kasube (stingray) that I bought yesterday at Kadokami Gyorui along with sashimi, based on Indo Kareiko's recipe 🍛 while listening to the groovy song by Yome Yome for background music 😉 😉.

Sashi-Drinking with Childhood Friends, ed. The fifth drink🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶 Shinmasa Shuzo "Yonotori", Akita I chose to finish with a Kijo sake✨. I wanted to try "Hinotori" - my childhood friend had Asiroki 😊. It's just the right amount of sweetness to finish off the meal 🥰. We also had pudding for dessert afterwards 🍮😋.

Sashi-Drinking with Childhood Friends, ed. The fourth drink: 🍶🍶🍶🍶 No.6 S-type" by Shinmasa Shuzo, Akita I was so excited to try the "S-type" ✨. I always had a white bottle of "X-type" in my sight 😁.
