Junmai Sake Hanpukai Shirataki Junmai Ginjo" from Yuzawamachi, Minamiuonuma-gun, Niigata 🍶. Rice / Koji rice: Gohyakumangoku     Kake Rice: Koshi Ibuki Yeast/Kyokai 1801 It is said to go well with sashimi, tempura, simmered fish, zaru soba, and white fish carpaccio. The other day, I had sashimi of Japanese horseradish outside and thought it was delicious but forgot to take a picture of it, so I bought it at the supermarket because it was just on sale 🛒. First as sashimi and then as carpaccio 🐟. The taste was beautiful, as if you were drinking clean snow water, just as the young master brewer said it would be ✨. Shirotaki Shuzo is the brewery that brews "Kozen Nyosui"! The third photo is a sweet shrimp fried & assorted tempura 🍤 directly from Niigata that I bought at Kadokami Gyorui on another day 😋.

Good evening, Mr. Aaru Sake 🌙 It's the end of the season, but seasonal sardines are delicious 😋. Even at the local pub where fishing enthusiasts gather, there's a lot of talk about isaki fishing 😄. The sweet shrimp dish directly from Niigata looks absolutely delicious 😊.
