Kikusen Junmai-shu Unfinished Nama-shu from Fukaya City, Saitama 🍶.
Complex taste with acidity and umami, 18% alcohol by volume.
I thought the lingering taste was similar to the "Shunshin Junmai-shu" from Ishikawa, which I drank in April 🥰.
I was talking about o-hagi with a friend at the gym and I got a craving for them, so I stopped by the supermarket on my way home and bought some 🛒.
