Akita "Kariho Kuurazeki natural yeast brewed Junmai Nama sake
As the label on the back says, "Enjoy the wild and deep flavors created by the kurage yeast", the taste was complex and delicious 🥰.
The "home-made aged kasumi (sea squirt) and lightly-pickled gyabetsu (dried young cabbage)" was served with the "deep-fried fugu (blowfish)" which took some time to be prepared.
Finish with a hearty bowl of rice topped with "kama-age shirasu grated radish and grated white radish" 😋!
It was fun to talk about sake with the owner, who said he likes "Tamagawa" and "Kurogyu" (black beef) 😊.
