Aroma of strawberry jam, or maybe strawberry jam, dark aroma.
Surprisingly not the type that swells up when you include it.
It has a sweet yet tight umami flavor.
It has a clean finish, probably due to the fact that it is a honjozo.
This may be the best Oroku I've ever had.
4/5 stars for my taste.

Ripe, sweet rice aroma.
When it is sipped, it has a syrupy, mellow, grain-like rice flavor.
It is supported by the acidity of Yamahai.
It is strong and solid.
