I think it was introduced two years ago, but it is not registered yet 🥲.
A brand with a modern taste brewed by the Kumamoto Prefectural Brewing Institute, famous for its "Kororo" sake.
Recently, it is sold nationwide and can be found at Sake-no-wa. ☺️
It's summer, but I'll have some spring sake 😅.
Harusagumi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
The name alone makes it sound delicious 🤤.
The aroma is not that spectacular.
It has a beautiful sweetness followed by bitterness and umami 🥰.
Not light, but not heavy either.
It can be drunk with a meal or on its own 😋.
Koroh is a solid classic sweet sake (haven't had it lately 😅), but this is a modern classic (more modern than Junmai sake)

Hi TOMO 🐦.
Yes, I was surprised to see that you are not registered! I was surprised to see you didn't register 😳 even though you drink quite a bit 😢.
I enjoyed Junmai so much that I would like to try Jungin and if possible this Spring Sake 😻

Hi TOMO 😃
I don't see it in Utsunomiya 🥲 but I finally got to drink Junmai for the first time at the last Kenmin Kai with KazKaz 😋.
I hope it will be available in liquor stores 🥹.

Good evening, Pon-chan 🌃
I guess Kumamoto sake doesn't get enough attention 🤣.
I feel like the modern ratio of Junmai -> Junmai Ginjo -> Junmai Daiginjo is higher 😁.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌟!
You haven't made it to Utsunomiya yet 😫.
The purple label Junmai Daiginjo that comes out in the summer is delicious 😁If you see it, please do!
