#Funabori# Ozawa Sake Brewery My wife, who is into hiking in low mountains, bought this for me on the way back from hiking Mt. I bought this on the way back from hiking Mt.Mitake 😁. We had it with chilled tofu. It tastes crisp and elegant. The combination was perfect. Lunch for the wives was at a restaurant owned and operated by a brewery. They also had a sake tasting at the brewery. They also had a sake tasting at the brewery 😅.

Today is a day trip, but the Kyoto station area is expensive and dis💢. Come back to the store in Shijo-Karasuma 😄. It was hot during the day, so here it is on the rocks 😆. Yummmm, too delicious. #Funabori# I skipped dinner because of bad timing, Hungry in the middle of the night when the family is asleep😅 I opened a bottle of chashu and this one 😁. Cork opened with a pleasant sound ❗ After the sourness, the sweetness and the depth of flavor... Oh no 😁 too good 😁... Sweetness and depth like honey When I was impressed by myself, there was a guy who wanted to join me for dinner. I was secretly watching 😆😆😆😆 Chashu pork

#Hamamatsu Arigatamaidai# I ended up buying it as a souvenir. I ended up opening a bottle of unfiltered raw sake as well 🥴😮‍💨 This one has a very clear sourness and umami taste. I think I like this one the best... I bought some Hamamatsu Gyoza on the way and had it as a side dish, I enjoyed it 👍🎉. Ishimatsu Gyoza
