We had dinner at the sister restaurant of Michelin-starred restaurant "Amafura Yokota" in Azabu-juban.
Let's start with the local sake.
I have tasted this junmai sake before, and it is a solid junmai that overturns the image of sake from Hokkaido.
It also has a great flavor.
