Let's start with the local sake.
I have tasted this junmai sake before, and it is a solid junmai that overturns the image of sake from Hokkaido.
It also has a great flavor.

Hinai Jidori chicken soup, with the addition of celeriac and burdock root, is excellent 🤤.
