I'll be working late today and will return from Tokyo Station. I wondered if they were still doing it. I looked and found it was still open. The first cup was a Hiragana no Gonotsuki. It is light and refreshing, with a nice bitter aftertaste. It's a nice refreshing sigh of relief.

Mitsuo Yamakawa 2025 Nats. Kappa-kun pours sake into Mitsuo's large sake cup. Mitsuo pours sake into Kappa-kun's large sake cup, and Kappa-kun pours some into Kappa-kun's head plate in return. When he gulped down the sake, the word "Celebration" was written at the bottom of the sake cup! It seems that the celebration of Mitsuo Yamakawa's 10th anniversary will continue.

Kikki Masamune Kozo Kozo Yamadanishiki I've never had a mixed brew before. I've never heard of a mixed brew before, but it seems to be a blend of not only Yamadanishiki I don't know what the difference is. Gakki is fire-aged, but it has a nice crispness to it. It's delicious! Sushi, deep-fried tofu, potato salad, edamame (frozen) Edamame (frozen), etc. I can't wait to try fresh edamame 🫛,

I stopped by a standing bar I wanted to try once, and Koei Kiku was the place I wanted to drink again! There are so many! So I drank all of them 😚😚😚. Everything was delicious... delicious is all I can say... They were all good! The sake lees cream cheese snack was delicious too...

Hate Masamune's Hasegawa Sake Shop Collaboration 🍶. A brewer and salesman from Hato Masamune came to the store to give us a special sticker 😂. This is Hanafuki🌾 sake 🍶. The aroma on the nose is softly sweet with a hint of acidity. The first aroma is a sweet aroma with a hint of acidity. It is light and crisp. Toyobai aficionado Upyon-san said it was like "apricot bean curd," and I also felt a unique aroma like apricot frost and a refreshing sweetness and acidity like lemon squeezed into syrup. Maybe it's the fact that it's a fresh sake, but I thought the aroma was more gorgeous and tastier than last year's fire-aged Fukuro-huri 😊🕊️✨ The third one is a Hato Masamune special sticker given to me by a Hato Masamune brewer and sales person.

Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Ingredient rice: Domaine Sakura Kame-no-o (100% Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture) Alcohol content 13% (Unpasteurized) I just saw this sake on YouTube and wanted to drink it. I had bought it because I felt I had never had sparkling sake before, but I had missed the opportunity to drink it. So, without further ado, let's get to the sake! It smells very sweet, like pears or muscats. It seems light. The carbonation was amazing, so much so that I was relieved that it didn't overflow. It's a perfect example of secondary fermentation in the bottle. The water has a very tight, slightly viscous mouthfeel, and the carbonation is sweet and strong! However, this is without nigori. When the nigori is included, the sweetness becomes milder, and the dryness and sweet-sourness marry like a white wine, and the bubbles quench the throat. The aftertaste is dry and crisp. If the wine is cloudy, it can be drunk as a strong white wine. If you want to drink it with cheese, strong flavored food or spicy food, it would be a good match. Sentori is delicious.
