This is good. It's like melon juice. As you can tell from the tag, it is completely to your liking. Even people who don't like sake can easily drink it. The fizziness is amazing. It can replace beer as a toast. The price is less than 2k, so it's a bargain.

I had a little time before my upcoming trip, so I had a quick drink of sake at Tokyo Station. I think it's been a while since I've had a glass of Miyuyo... I love the sizzling sensation! I want to go to Kochi again!

It is not labeled as a daiginjo, but is said to be 45% Omachi. It is said to be hi-seasoned, but there is no doubt that it has a slight bubbly taste. The flavor is clear, even though it is a Daiginjo shaving. The aroma is not strong, but it leaves a little after drinking. But more than that, this bottle was really hard to open. It may be an individual difference, but it took me about 30 minutes to open it using scissors and other tools, because the aluminum cap was cut in the middle. And I cut my finger.... I will be careful next time.

@HomeDrinking I'm wondering how this differs from the defo orikara we drank the other day... I saw a little bit of automatic stirring when I opened the bottle, but it wasn't strong enough to mix, and there was less oriji. The aroma is good - it has a fruity aroma like 🍈 but I don't think it has a woody aroma 🤔(isn't that what you mean by a wooden vat? lol;) The sweetness is only faint and the unique flavor of ogara-mi is not persistent ❗ The bitterness and acidity are not sharp and natural. This is a similar impression to the defo 🤔. I still can't understand the claimed "complex and rich taste", or maybe I haven't had enough ⁉🤣. In the end, I could only understand the usual "This is also delicious 😋" ~w🙏.

My first snow cloud, Izumo sake 🍶. I've been curious about it for a while and finally got it! Sashimi platter, tuna cutlet Spinach with sesame paste Lastly, I went to the Tetsuhaku 🚂 at an event the other day. I'm not an iron man, but I feel like an adult DL😄. Rokkaku-san's theme song to the rhythm of the 🎶running train🚃. Beer cans swaying to the rhythm of the 🍺 ᾃ ᾃ.

@Home Drinking I've been wanting to drink snowman ⛄, but I haven't been able to find it yet. When I saw J&N's post today, I couldn't stand still and went to get it 🏃💨. I did so and was able to get it easily at the right time 😆. This was a sign from J&N not God 🤣. Thank God 🛐 lol I twisted the screw cap slowly and the automatic stirring started 💃. It's been a long time since I've had such good momentum 💓, my heart is dancing too. First sip, it has a moderate sweetness and a strong chouxiness, accented by a light bitterness 😋. I didn't feel the sourness as much as I thought I would. If I said this was a melon cream soda, even elementary school students could drink it. After all, winter will not come without this drink.
