The once-hot sake I bought to go with the mackerel sushi had a slight aroma of being cooked, but the level was high, dry and somewhat light, but the rice flavor was properly expressed and delicious.
The third glass is Gagakuyo. Refreshing feeling from the slight bubbles. The sweetness that comes slowly. A sharpness like thunder. I have never had Garakudai before, but it is very good.
I ordered another sake with it, which I had never heard of before. It was a rare sake from Oita Prefecture. It was also sweet and tasty. It has a slight acidity in the aftertaste. I think I prefer this one.
I decided to take a peek at this restaurant since I was returning via Tokyo Station that day. The counter is empty. Let's have a cup of sake. I have not had Hirotogawa for a long time. It is sweet and mellow. The aroma is good. The bitterness tightens it up. It is a good start.

When there was a restaurant in Akasaka, I used to visit there on my way back from Hie Shrine's New Year's visit.
I would always visit the restaurant and enjoy Sour Tang Men as usual.
Now that Corona Kakizumi has moved to Kagurazaka, I no longer have a chance to go there.
I visited with my camp members and we were all very impressed after a long time 🤩.
