Back from a business trip to Osaka, I chose this one for my evening drink: ☝️
I had hiyayoroshi, which is still an autumn sake.
Mouthfeel "mellow" 🤔, then "fluffy" 😳.
It's a gentle sake 😋.
White Ori-Garami" melts well and has a concentrated level of umami and sweetness in the center, further surrounded by the milky sweetness of "Usunigori" that makes it easy to drink, and finally the soft aftertaste of super soft water makes it a superb product.

Yesterday, I attended a reunion in my hometown on the occasion of my 60th birthday 😁.
It had been 10 years since the last reunion, but everyone was young and energetic!
I came home early and had this while soaking up the afterglow!
