A summer-only sake that is perfect for the upcoming hot season, coupled with the cool name "Penguin" from Kankoubai, is now in stock! The aroma is mild, and in the mouth, there is a slight gasiness and citrusy, refreshing, juicy acidity. The light yet moderately spreading umami flavor will keep you coming back for more. Enjoy it with abalone, turban shells, and sashimi of the first bonito of the season.
Sharaku Junmai Sake has been a long time coming!
Sherlock feels like rice.
Mellow flavor, good sharpness.
The entrée is a set of snacks from Bento shop 🍱!
If this rings a bell, have you seen Adogai?
Chicken, salmon, vegetables, etc., all carefully seasoned with light flavors!
The sweetness is also delicious 😋.
There are also many izakaya🏮,
The underground shopping mall is fun 😀.
The comparison was with Urakasumi. It is also aromatic and sweet. Compared to the earlier Hakurakusei, it has a stronger umami flavor. I prefer this one.
It was raining today, so I am going home via Tokyo Station. I had to stop by Hasegawa Sake Brewery to get in. It was full, but there was no wait, and we would be able to get in right away. However, the cashier was crowded because of the many people who were leaving. I couldn't get in. When I finally got in and placed my order, it didn't come in time. It was frustrating because the order did not come in smoothly, unlike usual. We had heard rumors about DATE SEVEN, but we had never had it before, so we ordered it without hesitation. Moreover, they compared Urakasumi and Hakurakusei. The Hakurakusei has a nice aroma and a sweet taste. It has a sweet taste. But it is refreshingly spicy. Delicious.
It is truly yogurt. It tastes like thick yogurt. It is classified as a liqueur, with a degree of 5 degrees, and has none of the sensation of sake. It is a cocktail, so to speak. It has a sweet and sour taste that women would enjoy.
First Mitsui Kotobuki.
Summer sake.
It is said to be brewed with a high malic acid producing yeast patented by Fukuoka Prefecture.
The mouthfeel is refreshingly light and watery, just like summer.
The refreshing acidity of malic acid and the sake-like taste come in a flurry afterward, and the aftertaste goes on and on.
The sake taste is a little bit like drinking sake at the end.
The aroma is very normal, not strong sake.
It looks like snow. It looks like snow.
The mouthfeel is light and summery. It also has a fizzy feeling, so it is easy to gobble it up.
The sourness and sweetness come softly to the mouth and stay there,
The sharpness is very bright and clear without leaving a sharp taste.
I love Omine-san!
By firing and storing the wine more quickly than usual, it has both a firm acidity, moderate sweetness, and a freshness with a hint of gas, as well as the body of the cured wine. The refreshing acidity and juiciness when chilled make it perfect for hot days! It is not suitable for long-term aging, and changes particularly quickly after being uncorked, so be sure to refrigerate the bottle upright and serve it soon, even if it has not yet been opened.
5.0
There was an explanation. I heard it is like this.
Hakurakusei is still delicious.
DATE SEVEN" is a super-limited product brewed by seven prestigious breweries in Miyagi Prefecture, and the leader breweries of SEASON 2 Episode 4, which will be released in 2025, are "Urakasumi" and "Hakurakusei". This is "Hakurakusei style mountain bottle".
This time, all breweries milled the rice together. It is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu made with the high technology of Hakurakusei, using the in-house preserved yeast of the Shinzawa Brewery.

I bought this sake on impulse when I was introduced to it by a store employee who said it was a light and refreshing sake of 13 degrees Celsius.
I bought it on impulse because of the sales clerk's introduction.
It has a strong acidity and umami!
This is a delicious sake 😆.

This time of year, most of what I buy at the liquor store is summer sake 😁.
My eyes go to the summer sake section in my heat-induced daze 😆.
Sunflower label of "Hiwada" ・・・・
I have a record of having drunk a different label before....
I have a record of drinking a different label of Nama Junmai before... but I forgot 😅.
I guess this acidity and sharpness is what summer sake is all about 🧐.
The sweetness is also good 👍
#Funabori#
I served it crisp and chilled 🤤.
Slightly sweet aroma as soon as the bottle was opened...
I'm sure the aroma would have been stronger if it was at room temperature 😆.
Tasted fruity and delicious 😁.
The label is printed directly on the bottle 😳
It makes label collectors cry 😭.
Perfect for mid-summer! New Low-Aluminum Tenmei!
The first drink in a comparison of two kinds of Tenbi.
While retaining the mellowness of white grapes typical of Tokusyu Junmai, the fresh gassiness characteristic of Amami runs down the throat like a cool breeze. The refreshing mouthfeel and moderate acidity are a collaboration! The alcohol content is kept at 13% so that it can be drunk lightly and refreshingly.
Just out series, drinking comparison.
Banshu Aiyama, a junmai daiginjo series brewed with representative sake rice from the four prefectures of the Seto Inland Sea, is released for the first time in two years, using the same rice polishing and yeast! The second batch will be a Junmai Daiginjo brewed with the same rice polishing (50%) and yeast (1401). The second product is Aizan from Hyogo Prefecture. While bringing out the sweetness typical of Aizan, the change in yeast has resulted in a smart balance.
Haneya SHINE Limited Edition Nama Nama Sake
Haneya's summer sake, because it has sparkling green 🟢.
I wonder if it's SHINE?
Fresh, citrusy 🍋🟩 flavor.
Low alcohol content, easy to drink, drink it in gulps 🍶.
Nagano 19
Le chat botte = Puss in Boots
They say this is a French 🇫🇷 fairy tale.
It seems to be a bottle for the rainy season☂️
It has a crisp and dry taste like Jyukyuu
It has a nice sweetness to it...
I'll have it with edamame (green soybeans) for the first time in the hot weather.

Working from home tonight 😁.
After work I went to the gym for the first time in 3 weeks and took a sauna!
After coming home, watching a video of Dodgers Otani 😆.
It has a citrus flavor,
I'm having a pretty refreshing drink with a citrus flavor 😋.
A pile of shredded cabbage and yakitori on top,
With a simple dinner of yakitori on top of a mountain of shredded cabbage as a snack.
It's a happy time.
I had some time before a drinking party with my college classmates, so I dropped by Hasegawa Sake Shop at Tokyo Station and found a bottle of Genzai that I wanted to try, so I bought it. I had been curious about it since it appeared briefly in "Zujyu Tabi". I picked up a bottle of Kaygetsu for the same reason, and it was delicious, and I am sure this one must be good, too.
Personally, I found it delicious with a fruity taste that reminded me of the excitement I felt when I drank 寫楽やabe. It's insanely delicious. I didn't expect it to be this good (sorry 😖). If I see a dashi raw as good as this in a fire-roasted version, I'll definitely buy it. If I see it, I mean, even if I have to track it down, I want to buy it.
Good evening, Mr. Freelancer Ichidai Otoko!
I've seen you around lately, Mr. Genzai! I've just bought this one the other day and am waiting for it, so I'm looking forward to reading your review 😆.
They also recently released a black label ✨I'm curious 😋🙌
Hello, Kotaro-san!
I've seen you often at Sake-no-wa, so I was partly hoping for this 😊I'm also looking forward to your post, Kotaroh-san!
The black one is a special top, it looks really good too and I want one 😋.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
Congratulations to Mashidaya for starting to carry it 😊I checked and found that there are only a few distributors, but that's how it should be with local sake...anyway, by all means, get it 🥳.
