Kido Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate
First of all, Kido has the best cosmetics 😃.
New Sake Nama Sake for 1320 yen is a special 🉐!
Almost all other sakes are 2,000 yen.
Kido's unique, slightly energetic and spicy taste.
But it's delicious 😋 so I just gobble it up!
The third one is lunch at a local sushi restaurant,
This is a great value for 1,300 yen (excluding beer)!
There are good places to eat if you know where to look😊.

This sake was compact and coherent. Gentle and smooth water from Mt. Hakkouda, slight dairy-like acidity, gentle rice-derived sweetness and umami, and a smooth aftertaste that melts away. Hats off to Hato Masamune for its transparency. Thank you for the treat.

I'm with Masayo again 🤭.
Zuika here, the aroma is muscat-like and certainly on the gorgeous side (unusually nasal 🤣).
The sweetness is moderate, just a hint of sweetness.
Surprisingly, the bitterness and acidity come to the fore in the mouthfeel.
Not too light as Hiyori, but with a good depth of flavor and a lingering elegant aftertaste.

I'm going to Sendai on a business trip.
I had about 30 minutes before boarding the train, so I went to Yabaton in the station.
I bought kushikatsu at Yabaton and this at Hasegawa Sake Shop.
It was crowded at 18:00. We got in line 😅.
Sweet Hatcho miso and dry sake.
It was so refreshing that I finished it in no time.
I'm glad I bought a highball just in case 👍.
