A drink for now.
I see that this sake is made from Yumeko, which is produced in Fukushima Prefecture, the same as Tefu!
It's well-balanced and easy to drink.
I had bought it in the summer and left it lying around.
I had bought it in the summer and put it completely to sleep 🍉.
It's the season for fall sake.
But today I've lifted the ban.
It is a light and dry sake with a sake strength of +4, which is typical of Kochi sake!
Not as dry and crisp as drunken whale
but not as dry and crisp as drunken whale, but slightly fruity and refreshing.
I served it with a summery and refreshing appetizer 🍴.
I've loved the chicken skin with ponzu and kaiware since I had it at a bar.
I like it very much since I had it at a bar.
I often make it 👩🍳

My first retro "Senkori" 😋.
Whenever I go on a Shinkansen business trip, I always take a peek at this sake shop on my way home.
I was attracted by the beauty of the label and the retro catch.
I was attracted by the beauty of the label and the catchy retro name and bought it 😁.
Lightly gassy, citrusy sweetness reminiscent of pear 🤩.
This is delicious👍
I had it with some takoyaki 🎉.
I bought this sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop for home use.
I chose a robust, dry (I thought) sake to suit my family's tastes.

We had a bottle of "Atago no matsu" autumn sake 🍂.
Sourness and spiciness make it refreshing.
A food sake that hits us in the fall when we have a good appetite 😆.
We enjoyed a BBQ in the Sagami Lake neighborhood during the day 😁.

We had a bottle of "Yuzumi" Autumn Sake 🍂.
Light acidity and full-bodied with a firm sweetness,
I can feel the spiciness afterwards👍.
Even the wife says it's delicious😅.
I think it's a well made sake 😆.

We got a wolf in rabbit skin again this year👍.
Sweet and sour with a little dryness and light bitterness 🤤.
A little dry and a little bitter 🤤🤤.

I've been watching "The Butterfly Effect" at home after a one-day business trip.
I had a nice relaxing drink after a long day 😁😁.
Today I had 3 places/3 brands 😅😅
Now, tomorrow is Sendai 🚅.
The once-hot sake I bought to go with the mackerel sushi had a slight aroma of being cooked, but the level was high, dry and somewhat light, but the rice flavor was properly expressed and delicious.
The third glass is Gagakuyo. Refreshing feeling from the slight bubbles. The sweetness that comes slowly. A sharpness like thunder. I have never had Garakudai before, but it is very good.
I ordered another sake with it, which I had never heard of before. It was a rare sake from Oita Prefecture. It was also sweet and tasty. It has a slight acidity in the aftertaste. I think I prefer this one.
I decided to take a peek at this restaurant since I was returning via Tokyo Station that day. The counter is empty. Let's have a cup of sake. I have not had Hirotogawa for a long time. It is sweet and mellow. The aroma is good. The bitterness tightens it up. It is a good start.

Back from a business trip, I chose this 😋 for my evening drink.
It has a strong aroma and sweetness, yet has a nice sharpness to it 😳.
It's a delicious sake!
Lunch at Eirin in Karuizawa 🍜 when I was on a business trip.
When there was a restaurant in Akasaka, I used to visit there on my way back from Hie Shrine's New Year's visit.
I would always visit the restaurant and enjoy Sour Tang Men as usual.
Now that Corona Kakizumi has moved to Kagurazaka, I no longer have a chance to go there.
I visited with my camp members and we were all very impressed after a long time 🤩.
Akabu Autumn Sake 🍂 Amber
The amber label is just fashionable 😎.
Sake with a strong flavor and sweetness 🍶.
I think it's a bottle to drink calmly.
It's still too hot outside for fall,
