I wanted to take the Shinkansen and go to Izakaya Shinkansen, but I went home and had it.
The price is also easy to buy if it is a 1-goupe bottle, and it is good when I want to taste it a little.
The aroma was similar to that of apples, and it was delicious and easy to drink, with a gorgeous aroma in the mouth and a refreshing sweetness. I felt a moderate acidity, but I happened to have something sweet to eat, so I felt a lot of sourness when I ate it. The lingering taste is also crisp and to my liking.
We had it at Hasegawa Sake Shop's corner space inside the ticket gates of Tokyo Station.
It had a green apple-like aroma, a slight gas in the mouth, and a fresh, slightly sweet, silky oriented taste with a crisp, spring-like freshness in the finish.
It was a collaboration sake with the president of Hasegawa Sake Shop,
Hato Masamune for the first time.
It is smooth and light on the palate,
It is a little dry with a moderate sweetness, and is easy to drink.
It is a good sake to drink with a meal. Delicious.
It was also good at room temperature.
It seems that this collaboration was done because they felt a shift change from classic to modern,

I heard that this Sunday back nine is not sold very often, but I opened the bottle without any regard for that!
It has a refreshing aroma like a white wine. Up to this point, I felt as if I was handling wine. But when you drink it, it's like a man's wine. It is hard to tell at a glance, but the brewing water is a little rough, which is different from that of Aomori, even in the same Tohoku region. It has an astringency like a white wine, and a refreshing and slightly sweet taste. It was as if I was enjoying a white wine.

This is the first Sentori of the year for drinking at home. I saw the black label I saw at Sake-no-wa in the Tokyo Station underground, so I bought it. This sake was brewed at Tokyo Station. I wanted to drink this. You can only drink it raw here. You can enjoy it with fresh and strong gas.
Pair it with Ebi Miso. The strong umami of the shrimp miso compensates for the lightness of this sake, and the mildness is in tune with it.
