Business trip to Sendai🚅.
The Tohoku Shinkansen was out of service for a long time and I had a hard time getting around 💦.
In the end, I couldn't make it to the meeting during the daytime and had to participate remotely from inside the train 😅.

First, Koganezawa's Yamahai. Surprisingly, it was not so much Yamahai as it was refreshing 😳.

Yamawa Sake Brewery and Shinzawa Brewery have been brewing for one year each.
Yamawa Brewery and Shinzawa Brewery each take turns brewing the sake 😳.
The 2025 was brewed by the Shinzawa Brewery.
The flavor balance was great, and we enjoyed it with steamed scallion with sake 👍 "Urara and Clara", Miyagi's sake brewery is very chic!

I'm having a drink at home while watching "Gogami Sensei" that I recorded 😁.
I'll have a celebratory sake from Mutsu Hachisen that I stocked up on at the end of the year.
The bottle is opened! The sound of gas is like "Oh, it's alive" 😳.
The crispness, sharpness and umami have not changed from last year 🥳.
I was drawn in by the drama and drank quite a bit 😅.
