#Kagurazaka#, Tokyo W Moto/Naga/Fuji Back to Tokyo for dinner 😅 Due to the weather, the flight to Haneda The flight schedule to Haneda was all over the place 😱. We managed to get there 🍺 and after a toast, we went straight to sake! We started with "Hirotogawa Tokujun" recommended by the owner. It goes perfectly with the "Karasumi" 😆. Raw Oysters & Homemade Karasumi

#Haneda Airport# I'm going to Nagasaki now: ✈️ The brand of sake in the lounge changed in March 🤔. What a Tokyo sake 😳! I'm embarrassed to say this is my first time to try this brand 😅. Oh, isn't it delicious! Full-bodied and sour, with a delicious taste similar to Kuheiji's 😆. I'll enjoy it during this period!

Hi Uchi~'s super~rigid 😃. I know every business trip to ✈️ is a lot of work 🥲 but we are looking forward to enjoy the change of sake 🍶 in the lounge 😙 We are also seeing Tokyo Sake in Kochira for the first time 😳.

#Ginza#, Ginza, Tokyo, Japan WKong/Kuwa/Oku Here is the main shabu shabu 😆. I was very impressed with the "hinabeji," a shabu shabu shabu pot using charcoal that has been available only at the Ginza branch since the establishment of the restaurant. Binchotan charcoal is placed in a hole in the middle of the pot, heating the pot and constantly boiling the water around it, creating a steamy atmosphere in the room 😳😳. The accompanying Jungin of Shimehari Tsuru was also a nice richness and matched the flavor of the meat 😁😁. It matched the flavor of the meat 😁😁😁. Kobe beef shabu shabu shabu with vegetables and yuba
