I was very impressed with the "hinabeji," a shabu shabu shabu pot using charcoal that has been available only at the Ginza branch since the establishment of the restaurant. Binchotan charcoal is placed in a hole in the middle of the pot to heat the pot and keep the water around it boiling, creating steam in the room 😳😳. The accompanying Jungin of Shimehari Tsuru was also a nice richness and matched the flavor of the meat 😁. It matched the flavor of the meat 😁😁😁.

#Kyoto Shijo Takakura# Ginjo-Tuna Shijo-Takakura# W Kawawa/Fuji/Kishi/Naga We switched members and had a second meeting 😅. This is the first restaurant in Kansai, It's just opened and it's beautiful inside and out 🤩. It's still not well known, or maybe it's because it's so late in the day and there are no customers 😏. I had the first brand 😅. A little bit spicy, a little bit off? It's like that 🥴.

Bodhi Hashiwado Junmai #Jingu-marutamachi, Kyoto wyama/ki/kawa/fuji This time it's a business trip to Kyoto 🚅. 700 posts and 700 check-ins 🎉. I had a great meal with Kamosuki on the side of Kamogawa River 😆. It's a light sake 🤔. It feels similar to Kyoto Fushimi sake 😅

Thank you very much, Swissisun. I have the restaurant set up in advance, but the drinks are haphazard. Actually, it can be a bit hit or miss 😅. Kyoto is a great place for sake 🍶 and I think it has a better selection than Kyushu 😁.

#Funabori# On my way home from a business trip, I looked in a liquor store, I found a collaboration product between Kamen Rider Kuuga and Hakurakusei 😳 I was attracted by the catch phrase "expressing the strength and tenderness of Kuuga" 😆. The taste is refreshing with a beautiful acidity 👍 It has a youthful flavor.
