I've always wanted to try "Kindai Tuna" 🐟.
We had the Nanki-Shirahama fully farmed tuna and the local sake from Wakayama 😁😁.
Fruity and mellow.
It has a clean aftertaste.

I didn't know they had a limited hiyaoroshi on tap 😆.
The deep flavor of the sake is not overpowered by the oily fish.
