I came to a local shish-kebab restaurant 😋.
The sake I got was "Garakudai".
After the tangy sensation, I tasted the umami and the sharpness that only a dry sake can provide 🤔.
Even though the batter is thin, it's still deep fried😅.
Just the right amount of spiciness 😆.
