After work in Kyoto, I had my favorite duck. First, we started with "Nichinichi" in Fushimi 😋. Slightly gassy, 11 degrees fruity and easy to drink ❗ They use Sake Komachi from Shinmasa Sake Brewery 🤔. I think I like it a lot 🤤 Good start to the party 😆.

The explanation was that it is brewed in a long low temperature, extremely cold brewing process, The sake is brewed at extremely cold temperatures for a long period of time, and then the unrefined sake is separated in a high-speed centrifuge for sake, They brewed it at a very cold temperature for a long period of time and separated the unrefined sake in a high-speed centrifuge to create the highest quality Junmai Daiginjo 😳😳. Sake is also very deep 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩.

By the way, I was lucky to have a customer who likes Sake today 😁. Leave the choice of sake to the proprietress😅😅 The first one was "Kuroryu", which was requested as a refreshing sake. The first one was "Kuroryu"... 💦 I've never seen that label before 😳. I imagined it would be crisp and clear, I was expecting it to be crisp and clear, but instead I got a nice sweetness 😆. On a side note, I'm finally "60 years old" 😅. I will continue to work and drink at my own pace😅😅😅

#Funabori# Back from my trip home, and after a long day of driving, it's time for dinner 😋. I bought a bottle of sake at "Hasegawa Sake Shop" before the Bon Festival. Produced by the gluttonous idol "Moe-no Azuki", It was brewed at the Hakurakusei brewery. As the bottle suggests, it has a sweet taste with a slight It has a sweet attack at first, followed by a slight bitterness and spiciness 🤔. I found myself drinking more and more of it 😆😆. He said that he usually likes to drink, He recommended me a sake from Fujinomiya, which he usually likes to drink. It has a slight tangy, sizzling sensation, Slightly tangy, sizzling, sticky sweet taste. This is delicious! Isn't it the best of the month? Takoyaki and 😋 made by my nephew.
