Immediately after opening the bottle, I sensed the ethyl caproate apple aroma and the acidity on the nose at the end to be a bit strong. I chose to leave it at room temperature, preferring my own taste over drawing out the potential of the sake, and after a month, it is quite rich, with a rich sweetness and a contour-integrated acidity. The sweetness and acidity are quite rich.

It is a perverted spec. The rice is polished to a 35% milling ratio with a sake degree of minus 100, an acidity of 6, and an Alc of 5%. It tastes great! We invited our clients over and treated them to this sake and home-cooked food (including take-out). They both said, "Is this sake?" and "Who doesn't like this sake? Afterwards, we enjoyed Yakitori, Yonotori, thick raw chocolate and strawberries (Houou Mita), etc., and everyone headed home. It was a good day to enlighten people on the deliciousness of sake.

I read a review that said the 60% polished rice ratio special junmai nigori was a little too sweet? I have seen some reviewers say that it is a little too sweet, but this is a 50% junmai ginjo-nigori. The precipitated tailings occupy about 4 cups of a bottle (lol), but I wonder if the amount of polishing will bring about the perfect balance! We have high expectations. The supernatant is wonderful. The soft sweetness is combined with a firm carbonation that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. This is delicious. The final taste is rather refreshing, and the last one is calpis, which is also tasty.

The sake pressed yesterday morning has arrived and is now ready to be drunk during the day. We are grateful for the extraordinary efforts of our predecessors in making this delicious sake. I sit on the table and chairs on the balcony, which has been abandoned since I quit smoking, and sip sake in the sun for the first time in a long while. It is a light nigori sake with an amber banana aroma, a soft mouthfeel, a moderate sweetness, a bitterness in the latter half, and a sharpness of alcohol! No doubt about it.

After a lunch of three Shikishima pairings at a cafe on the brewery's premises, this was the first sake we drank at a corner bar on the same premises (rightmost photo). It seems like a long time ago (only two weeks ago) when I enjoyed a variety of Shikishima with my friends while having another sake heated by Mr. Ito, the brewery's president. I bought a bottle at the web store and wondered if I would be able to relive the excitement of that time while drinking it at home. It has a polished and refined deep sweetness, a chiliiness followed by bitterness, and a nice sharpness at the end.

I wondered how long I would be able to drink the "soul sake" of Master Noriguchi, who has a home in Noto, and so I rushed to order some. The balance of the four flavors and smoothness of this new sake is truly a work of art. The transparency of the less polished Gohyakumangoku, the high quality at all temperatures, and the beauty that transcends likes and dislikes, good and bad, are impressive. The last cup, which is often associated with the tailings, is the best.

We participated in a project where we were offered a cup of sky freshly squeezed the day before, and it was beyond delicious. The water is super soft and the sake is very soft on the palate, so even though the alcohol content is 16.5 degrees, the saké goes down like a low alcohol. It is sweet and has a slight roughness like a raw sake, with a smooth and satisfying aftertaste.

This is messed up and delicious. The yeast is TM-1, and the fruity aroma of ripe bananas is gorgeous. The taste is soft and clean, with a soft aftertaste and no hint of 17% alcohol. The sweetness lasts from the beginning to the aftertaste, but it is refreshing and light, with just the right amount of sweetness. Neighborhood ladies (in their 60s and 70s) we invited today also enjoyed it, saying, "It's easy to drink and goes down easy.

One year after its impact, the long-awaited day has finally arrived. The Nouveau Nouveau, a comparison of Aruzoe Shiboritate Nama-shu, is now available. The concentrated, rich sweetness that swells on the tongue with the freshness of the nama-zake flavor profile is irresistible. Despite its high alcohol content (20%), it is surprisingly easy to drink with almost no bitterness in the latter half. It is recommended at this time of the year because it is extremely tasty, gets drunk quickly, and is inexpensive.

After visiting liquor stores and supermarkets in Nasushiobara city, we were able to obtain the best soon-to-be bottled after our fourth visit. The fruity ginjo aroma and the fresh aroma of lactic acid and green grass foretell of a sweet and sour taste. The sweetness in the first sip is refreshingly light and pleasant. Compared to Sentori, this sake gives the impression of a well-balanced all-purpose sake, and is very tasty.
