The first Gagakuyo was obtained at the brewery. I learned about the history of Sado Island and drove around the island from east to south and west to get a sense of the geography, and this was the drink that I remember from my trip.
It is light, moderately sweet, and has a slight gaseous taste. It has a bitter aftertaste, but it fades out quickly because of the low alcohol content. I am happy to have found a good sake.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby! I didn't drink the Gagakuyo there, so I was thrilled to drink it at home 😆 If only I could have thought of the idea of drinking this sake in the private open-air bath at that time 😭
