A cute turtle shell with a single word "Rice~".
I thought the taste of rice would be in the foreground, but it's a very modern drink 🤣.
I thought the rice flavor would be front and center, but it's a modern drink 🤣 It's true that if it were Classic, the turtle would have a realistic turtle design and not such a cute picture (^^;).
Fruity and moderately sweet, with a nice flow of acidity that kicks in as you continue to drink it: 👍️
It was one of my favorites 😋. N.EThe wine is very good.
The first thing that comes to your mind when you drink it is that it has a nice aroma.
It's a light nigori (light-bodied) sake with a sweet flavor and a strong acidity, which gives it a full-bodied taste.
It's perfect for me who likes light nigori ❗
I enjoyed it very much. N.E.
The rice polishing ratio is 70%, which gives it a strong rice flavor, and the slightly dry taste covers the ease of drinking⁉.
It has no sharp edges and is well-balanced overall, so it can be easily matched with various meals. N.E.
Aromatic and fruity aroma.
It has a strong sweetness, but the bitterness at the end neutralizes the remaining sweetness and gives it a nice aftertaste.
I have the impression that it is darker than the pre-Hachitan-Nishiki I drank before.
I wonder if this one is more like THE HANAIYOTSU⁉🤔.
I've only had two premium brands, so I'd like to try many others! N.E.
Next, I wanted something a little spicier, so I went with Takashimizu!
This Daiginjo is slightly spicy, with a nice smooth taste and a nice sharp taste ✨.
I feel like I can go on and on with this one 🤣. N.E.
I've never had a chance to encounter Shiga's sake until now, having only had Laughing Four Seasons once.
I googled the information and found out that it was the first brew by the 20-something heir to the brewery 👀.
I heard that it was brewed by the heir to a brewery that had always been a solid sake brewer and had never been good at sake, so it was brewed as a light sake that young people could drink as well.
Well, the taste is... soft and easy to drink, which is what I was aiming for⁉ If I wanted more, I would have liked a little more character (who am I kidding? lol^^;).
But it's only the first step(?). So, I am looking forward to the future of this series 😌.
I'm also happy to hear that you trained at Akebono Shuzo in Fukushima, known for its Tenmei sake. N.E.

Please excuse the image only as it has been uploaded in the past 🙇. N.ESummer sake trifecta, part 3
I'm convinced it would definitely be refreshing from the looks of the bottle 🤣.
This one has a nice aroma 😌.
It has a sweetness and expansive taste, but the finish is very refreshing!
Hats off to the very delicate way it was put together!
It was a definite deliciousness. N.ESummer Sake Trio #2
It says that this sake is brewed with the divine water of Nikko, and it looks like it will bring you luck if you drink it 🙏🙏.
This one is carbonated and has a great freshness and pleasant stimulation.
It has a light taste, but the umami is hidden in the back of the bottle, so I got the impression that it has a deep flavor as well 😋. N.ESummer Sake Trio #1
The acidity and refreshing mouthfeel characteristic of summer sake create a refreshing sensation that is simply delicious.
It has a freshness that you can't believe it is fire-aged.
And because it is a Tsururei, it has a delicious flavor in a light taste.
It was a perfect first glass to start off with. 叫ぶ蝶The characteristics of this lot are rare and "now is the time to drink". That being said, it has a soft taste. I bathed in it since I came to Saitama. N.ENice to meet you, Mr. Screaming Butterfly!
I see you went to this restaurant! I also went there on a whim at first, but it was so good that I went back the following week 🤣 even though it's not close by.
Of course you can't miss Shinsei, but if you go to Saitama, you can't miss KahayoYoku. 👍️ 叫ぶ蝶Good evening, N.E! I'm sure you've been going here for a while 😆 This was my first time here and the sashimi, tempura, and today's recommendation were all great! The atmosphere of the restaurant made me want to choose KahayoYoku rather than heating up the sake at Shinkame 😂 It was of course delicious 👍🏻 N.E.
It is very light and dry, with a boost from the acidity.
Even though it is dry, the stimulation is mild, so you can enjoy the umami slowly.
It's been a while since I've had a Mimuro Cedar, and I enjoyed it very much! N.E.
Hwangsuisen, no matter how many times I drink it, it's still delicious😁.
The ginjo aroma is not unpleasant, the sweetness is just right, and the slight carbonation gives it a freshness.
Definitely recommend this one. N.E.
Needless to say, it is well-balanced and light to drink 😊. N.E.
After praying at the Omiya Hikawa Shrine ⛩️, I immediately went to drink a cup of sake for myself (although there is no God in it at all lol;)
I guess this is the place to go for my main purpose 🤣.
First up was Tasake Tokubetsu Junmai Yamadanishiki!
It has both a pretty solid umami and a sharp taste 😋.
It has a sweetness, but it's easy to drink and seems like it would be good with a meal. 👍️ N.E.
I think it's a little on the sweet side for a Tobiroki, but it has a nice, clean, mild sweetness 😋.
It's understated yet juicy and has a nice aroma 👍️
I think this might be the best match among all the Tobiroki I've had so far😍. N.E.
First time to drink 😁.
I imagined it to be a very sweet type after reading your post, but this premium was not that sweet and very easy to drink for the first time!
I guess the balanced acidity does a good job 🤔.
I didn't picture 🍍 but I could see why it was so juicy and popular 😉.
P.S. I drank it again later and it was definitely 🍍🙇. N.E.
The wine has a fruity aroma with a moderate sweetness and a good mouthfeel 😋.
The taste is refreshing and not tiring to drink, so it is sure to be useful in any situation. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
