New Akabu sake on tap 🍶. The aroma is subdued, but the flavor is very tasty when you take a sip 😆. The label says "gas remaining", but the piquancy is quite restrained 😌. But the clean taste and sharp aftertaste are as expected from Akabu 👍This is delicious 😋. Less piquancy + beautiful taste = Akabu 🥰. If you drink it with food... not too strong taste might be nonsense❓ I think it would go great with light meals like sushi or seafood 😃. Looking forward to tomorrow's flavor change ✨ Day 2 report: 🗒️ Aroma is a little stronger now 😁. The piquancy is gone, but the sweetness, umami and fruity taste is up⬆️👌I think you can understand more about the taste of the sake if you compare the first day and the second day 😍. If you usually drink it all in one day, I highly recommend you to try the taste change ‼️ However, there are some breweries that are stable and don't have much taste change...so you're on your own 😅 lol

Kaze no Mori🌳 is a signature sake 🍶, and this is Akitsuho657❗️ The first two digits represent the rice polishing ratio 🌾 and the last digit is the Association Yeast No.😃. I prefer the Omachi I had the other day, which has a more robust umami, sweetness and acidity, but still has that freshness that is typical of Kaze no Mori 👌. However, the aroma is not too much, the taste is not too much, and the aftertaste is a bit bitter... it's well-balanced overall, but I personally think it's a bit short 😅. It's possible that I've had too much to drink and my taste buds have become discerning... lol😆. It's more of a food wine, so you might be able to substitute it for beer 🥰.

Of all the sake breweries in Saijo, Kamerei Brewery is the only one that I personally like. This is a sake that is only distributed to local liquor stores. When you open the bottle, you'll find a nice fruity aroma 🍎. It has a nice fruity aroma when you open the bottle 🍎, a bit of the "nama-shu" (freshness), but the sweetness is not that strong, so it's more for a mid-meal drink. Kamerei is a brewery that originally specializes in brewing dry middle-class sake, so the fizzy feeling is great for easy drinking 😀. Considering the price of 890 yen/500ml, I wish it didn't have to be local only 😌....

I didn't drink enough, so +1! So... open one cup 😁. But I didn't really notice the aroma... But when you take a sip, it's very rich and mellow... Well, it's not for everyone, but if you like the fruity and easy-drinking flavors of today, you may not like it... 😰. It's a perfect food sake and can be served with strong dishes, but... it's more for those who want to get drunk after a few drinks 🥴. It's a bit like the Takezuru Junmai in the prefecture...but it might be better if it's heated up 💧. I prefer the one-cup "Honorary Ikezuki" that I drank in the summer. It still had a distinct umami and was less mellow, so I think it's for everyone 😌.

From my favorite brand, Hiran...this time "Kagura"! When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, so I wondered how it would taste. I took a sip and wondered how it would be......, It's a little bit too much! It's a little bit too much! It's not too much, but......! It is 😍! The acidity, sweetness, and umami are all quite refreshing and very......to my liking 👌👌👌👌👌. The fruity taste that spreads in the mouth. And it has a sharpness that doesn't interfere with the aftertaste ✨. It's like a shooting star 😁. I can imagine how different it would be if it were raw and not fire-roasted 😆. Well, well, well......................................‼️ I really like this sake brewery, which I've started to enjoy this year 😍. I hope the young toji, Mr. Mori, will continue to brew delicious sake 🍶🥰. Just my personal opinion, but I like it much better than the Shinmasa Viridian I had yesterday 😏. If you've never had Hiran, I recommend it: 🙆‍♂️ Day 2 report: 🗒️ Aroma: Moderate, no change. Taste is clean and slightly more fruity: ⤴️ The sharpness remains the same...I'm afraid 🙇.

To wipe out last week's regrets... weekend openings 🍶. Well, Niimasa is a brand known by those who love Sake 😁. The sake is brewed in a traditional sake brewery that uses wooden vats for all of their sake ✨. Former journalist Mr. Sato is the head brewer, and he got his start at a lecture given by Mr. Tatsuya Ishikawa, the president of the Japan Sake Brewers Toji Association👍 (from a lecture at this year's Sake University). The brewery's commitment to the idea that every sake brewed is a "work of art" can be felt everywhere, from the bottle to the labels. Leaving the trivia aside, the aroma of this sake is not that strong...with a hint of fruitiness. It is not as acidic as white wine🍾 or as punchy as sake🍶...it tastes like this if you add two together 😄. It tastes like this when added together and divided by two 😄. It is sure to be popular with both wine lovers and sake lovers 👌The sharpness is also very pleasant 😆. If only... it were easy to find 😰.

Weekend garden BBQ🍖with sake🍶. No way...5th bottle😅 I forgot I even opened the bottle and realized it just now 😓. I'm sorry I couldn't report on the first day's deliciousness because my memory is not what it used to be 🙇. So I'll get back on track and report on the second day even though it was a weekday. 🗒️ Yes, even though it's the second day... it's a very bright, shiny, and very smooth drink 😍. It's a BBQ sake that goes great with meat and other dishes....more shwashy than the Takachiyo 👍.

Weekend Garden BBQ🍖with Sake🍶! Third bottle: ❗️ Now for a different taste...Takachiyo ✨! This one has the piquancy that only unfiltered unpasteurized sake can have and it's so good you can drink it in gulps 😆. If you usually prefer beer 🍺, I can assure you that you will be addicted to it👍. Hiragana Takachiyo is a delicious sake that you can't go wrong with 😁. If I didn't know what sake to buy at the liquor store, I would definitely buy one...that's what "Takachiyo" is 😍! ps. I am not a salesman by any means 🤭.

Weekend garden BBQ🍖with sake🍶. Second bottle of ❗️ Senkou's Akatombo🍂. The second bottle we chose a different type of Sake with a different taste, SENKYO 😆. This one has a lemon🍋feeling that reminds me of white wine🍾, which is completely different from Jikin. It's so easy to drink and delicious 😋. It's also delicious when drunk smoothly 😋! You can also enjoy the change in flavor with the passage of time 👍. This one was also moderately popular ✨. If you are looking for a white wine type sake, I recommend Sentori 😆.

Weekend garden BBQ🍖with Sake🍶! The first bottle of ❗️ was a luxurious Jikkomai 😆. Steady ginjo aroma right from opening the bottle ✨. And the aftertaste that finishes nicely without interfering with the food 😍. Even my friends who usually don't drink sake at all gave it a high rating 😌. I have a faint hope that drinking Jikkom will awaken her interest in Sake 😊. I was drunk after drinking quite a few bottles yesterday...so I don't have much to comment on the taste and flavor 🙏🙏.

Every weekend ✨ The perfect sake to drink while feeling the autumn breeze 🍂 is... Kaze no Mori🌳! When you open the bottle, you can smell the strong apple-like aroma 🍎🤤 and the unique piquancy of the unpasteurized sake will pop in your mouth from the first sip 😆. The rice polishing ratio is 80%🌾 and the sake is not polished, but the complexity of the flavor is just right 👍. The aftertaste is also easy to drink with little habit. I thought it would be more beautiful and umami because it is Omachi, but... it has the same piquancy as Kamo Kanehide, which is my personal favorite brewery 😍. What's more! The best thing about Kaze no Mori is its cost performance 💰. In this world of high prices...most of Kaze no Mori can be bought for less than 2,000 yen (720ml) 😆. I'm sure I'll be back👍 Day 2: 🗒️ The piquancy of the raw sake is gone, but the aroma is still there 👍Yamami⤴️ but the sake feel has also increased...so it may be different for different tastes. In any case, for this price and this taste...it's a no-brainer 😌.

It's Thursday and I accidentally broke the rule of forbidden 😅... I told myself that it's ok to open a bottle of wine if it's a single glass 🤭. Well, I have a faint memory of drinking it a very long time ago... but it's been a long time since I've had it 🍶. And it's a sparkling pure Dai Dai 🤩. When you open the bottle, the aroma is neither strong nor weak, just the right amount of ginjo aroma😍. The first sip has sweetness and umami...and then a touch of schwarziness added to it 🍾Little bitterness and a nice lingering aftertaste ✨I wonder if there are people who don't like this ❓😅. Obviously not for eating, but great before or after a meal👍. Once again, I understand the deliciousness of Otters. 🙆‍♂️

Saturday's opening🤭. When opened, the aroma of the same CEL24 yeast as Kameizumi is still the same ❗️ But still......it's not the same! The aroma is almost the same, and when you take a sip, it's not similar...at all! It's not a raw sake... 😨. Of course it doesn't have the piquancy because it's not a pure sake, but this Kurei is more of a umami type of sake for a meal. ❗️ I think the sweetness is about the same, so the range of dishes it can be paired with is quite selective...hmmm...maybe a light salted edamame (🫛) wouldn't interfere with it😅. It's the same CEL24 but totally different from Turtle 🐢. It's delicious, but it's hard to judge this one, it's a bit of a mixed bag 😓. Is it a food wine or a fruity after-dinner drink...I think I'm in the middle of the two 💦. I'm sure Kurei-san is more of the former, so...hmmm.... Day 2 report 📝. Sweetness! I don't know if it's more sweetness or more umami...it just seems sweeter than the first day....

Friday's a regular event 👏. Of course we will open it 😊. Today, Kameizumi🐢⛲️ I opened the bottle and it was already the last one ...... What's with this muscat-like melon-like ginjo aroma that's so strong ✨I'm already intrigued by it 😍! From! A sip of ......, haha. It's too good to explain now, I'm sorry lol😆😆. I'm just kidding, but first of all, the piquancy you can feel on your tongue is just right, and the collaboration of sweet and umami flavors run around in your mouth 🐎. There is little bitterness and a lingering aftertaste. No wonder it is so popular. ❗️ And now I think! This is a melon cream soda 🍸 seriously... 🤭. The second day of the regular! I'm in the mood for a food wine 🍶😁. That being said...I opened another sake today 🤭 lol This is Zuikan, brewed by Yamaoka Sake Brewery in Miyoshi, located in the northern part of the prefecture. ❗️ A hint of ginjo aroma when you open the bottle ✨. The first sip is a bit dry, as indicated by the +5 sake rating 👌. It will go great with strong meals such as yakitori...:**+. \(( °ω° ))/. :+. It has a pungent aftertaste, so it's for people who like traditional dry, light sake 😍. I think it will taste even better at room temperature or warmed up. I think it would be great with oden (oden is a traditional Japanese dish) on a long, chilly autumn night 😀. The second day! The first day was much the same as the first day, the food wine: ❗️ It's stable deliciousness makes the meal go further 😆.

It's finally autumn 🍂 today. I'm going to open a bottle in the garden 😌! First sip of Philando by Mori Sake Brewery, which brews Hiran 😁. When I opened the bottle, I could hardly smell the aroma...but...! One sip and you'll realize that the sake is supposed to be sake🍶⁉️... thought process paused ⏸️ It's so good that it could be mistaken for a white wine ❗️. The sweetness is so strong and the aftertaste is so smooth that it disappears quickly. If you're careless, you'll finish it in a blink of an eye💦. Great before or after dinner ✨ Stable 2nd day report: 🗒️ The aroma is starting to have a sake 🍶 feel to it: ❗️ The taste is more delicious with the sweetness of the first day added to the umami 😊. The aftertaste is a little closer to wine ✨

I rarely drink sake with alcohol 🍶, but this was my first time to try Hokkaido sake 😅. It was easy to drink and had a great sharpness, which is characteristic of Aruzoe. It's exactly like... a food sake‼️ which is a bad thing the next day if you drink too much💦. Great with food😍. The only regret I have is that I don't get a chance to drink Hokkaido sake as there are not many liquor stores that carry it 😢. I'm really curious to try this because I've never been to this part of the world 😂.

Second drink of the 0th meeting 🍶. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo ✨. The fruity flavor fills your mouth as you sip 😆 You can taste the unique flavor of Omachi and the aftertaste slowly fades away 😌You can have as many glasses of this as you want! It can be drunk before or after a meal, or as an all-around drink 👍.

It's been a while since I've had a drink planned in town, so before that...0 meeting lol 😆. We had Tomikunaga Cosmos ✨. It has little aroma and is dry like a Japanese sake 🍶❗️ It's great as a food sake 👍 It also has a bitter aftertaste. I think it's perfect with dark meat dishes 🍖 such as yakitori 🐔. If you usually drink beer or shochu while eating, you will surely be addicted to it. \(( °ω° ))/. :+. On the other hand, if you want to drink it by itself before or after dinner, I might not recommend it 😥.
