One day🎶 I was at a liquor store 🎵 I made love to a bear I made love to him! I couldn't help but sing along It's a bear🐻 from the forest of Takachiyo😁. Well...after struggling & fainting in agony with the peculiarities of the second day of yesterday's Fat Pigeon 🐦, I managed to process it into my stomach😱 (to be honest, I almost threw it away, but it's against the recent SDG's...) Then, I got myself back on track... and opened a bottle of this one ⚠️, which is a bear warning ❗️ When you open the bottle, you can smell a faint green apple aroma...it makes you want to drink it 🤤 (I opened it because I was going to drink it, lol) Well, I'm sorry for the long preamble, but let's have a drink... 😏😏. I thought I would get the piquancy and sizzle of a Takachiyo-style drink, but I got a surprise: ⁉️ On the contrary, it's like a refreshing apple juice 🧃...and when you notice the aftertaste...it's slightly carbonated 🫧. Hoho! 🤔 It's a little different and it's also very tasty 🤩. This is a highly anticipated taste change for tomorrow: ‼️ I heard that this is a variety of edible rice in Kumamoto 😱. The Asahi Hou I uploaded the other day was also brewed with Koshihikari... Edible rice is not to be underestimated ❗️ Day 2 note: 🗒️ Green apple 🍏 juice with more flavor 🍹. I'm not sure if it's because it's edible rice 😅...but it also has a bit more alcohol and a bit more tang 😅. And the schwarziness that was there on the first day disappeared: ❗️ I guess that's a good thing 🤔.

Lately I've been having trouble with all the times I want to drink even on weekdays 😅. So I'm going to try to find some cheap and tasty ones that my local liquor store has 😋. This is "Hana Hato", a sake that is probably only available in the local area 🐦. Aruzome, Nama, Nigori, Kijoshu blend........ I opened the bottle thinking, "They're mixing a lot of things..."! Well...even if you smell it straight from the bottle...I can't really describe the aroma. Pouring it into a glass, the aroma is somewhat yogurt-like. The flavor is also somewhat complex and hard to describe 😭 Stirring does not deepen the flavor... it just makes it more mysterious 😰. Only raw has a schwarziness 🫧... but personally this is a mistake 😭. You want it to be schwarzish, you want it to expand the rice flavor... you want it to be sharp... you want it to be fruity... it's all falling apart... It's been a long time since I drank anything that didn't make me want a cup 😞. For the same price, I would definitely buy Kamerei Shuzo (dry but with good umami). Day 2... This is the first time I've had such a sobering report 😰. Even deeper doburoku feeling and a parade of bitter and pungent taste... this is seriously no! 😂

Delicious Sake in a Wineglass Award 2025🎖️ Of all the top gold medal-winning brands that you can't buy locally... I couldn't resist snapping it up since it was available on Amazon 😅. Of course I'm opening my first bottle of Yamagata Prefecture, Toko 🍶😁. When I opened the bottle, it smells like rich and juicy fruit🍎🥭✨. I'm excited before I even drink it 😆. And now for the sip 🤤... 🤤. The taste is just the right amount of tropical 🏝️ sweetness and umami, with just the right amount of sharpness to convince me that it's a top gold award winner👍 And...I take my hat off to the price of less than 1700 yen...🙂‍↕️ The sake is low for a sake, but with 16% alcohol by volume, it's a little alcoholic but just right 😍. Looking forward to the taste change on the second day✨ However, this kind of award🎖️ I think the most consumer-friendly one is the salmon competition 🤔. Day 2 notes: 🗒️ The taste change is towards a stronger alcohol taste and a bitter aftertaste 😅... I personally prefer the first day 😊.

Today's second bottle is... my first, a Haneya from Toyama ✨. When you open the bottle, it has a slightly fruity ginjo aroma 🍎. The first sip has a nice balance of sweetness and umami with a refreshing mouthfeel🙆. The aftertaste is also quite sharp ✨. I was expecting a little bit of piquancy since it was a draft sake, but... nothing at all 😅. This Haneya is delicious, but... if I wanted, I might want a little more character 😅. On the other hand, it can be drunk anywhere before, after, and during meals 😁 (strong fruity element, so not suitable for dishes with strong flavors). It's just my personal opinion, but I think this Haneya has a stronger fruity flavor than the Masakamiyo I drank in the past because it has more characteristics 🤔❓. I'm not sure if I'm making a dry comment because I've been drinking too much sake breweries with good costumers and my taste buds have simply become discerning 😓. ps...to all Sake-no-wa users, this is just my "personal" opinion...please understand. Day 2 note: 🗒️ The flavor is better than the first day ⤴️😏. At the same time, you may feel a little pungency in the aftertaste.... In general, I guess I'm a day 2 guy 🤔.

Finally, the weekend is finally here, while we are busy with our daily business... and we've been waiting for it: ❗️ Every weekend we have a fun ❤️ sake opening day 🍶! Today is the first time to drink Tochigi's "Nozomu" Splash 🫧! When you open the bottle, the aroma is not that strong... but it smells like a tropical 🏝️ tropical pineapple 😍! I took a top off, imagining it to be pretty schwaggy from the name Splash🌊... but 🤔. It's sweet and tasty, but it's 16%, so I think it's a little alcoholic 💦. Also, the freshness of the water is a bit too much like a clear stream rather than a splash ❓...? I have a feeling😅😅. I'm going to stir it and drink the second glass 👍. The flavor is really arp⤴️ As I've been advocating for a while now, stirring is the way to go for orikarami type sake ✨.... ...but in general I don't think it's the name of the splash 😓. Personally, the Ganki Sparkling I had the other day is more of a splash lol 🤣. Let's see what kind of taste changes I can enjoy tomorrow... I'll keep my fingers crossed 😁. Day 2: 🗒️ In the garden as the temperature was moderate 🍶. I stirred it from the beginning and it tasted more alcoholic than the first day, but the flavor didn't change much 😓. I definitely like the first day better...just need to lower the alcohol content 🤔.

Today is a weekday... but it's also my daughter's entrance ceremony 🌸... so I'm celebrating 🤣 (somewhat of a coy smile). I wasn't originally going to buy this goose tree... but it caught my eye at the liquor store 👀 and I bought it ✨. I was going to buy it because it was a little too hot in the daytime and I wanted to drink something refreshing 🤣 lol! I'm sorry for the long preamble, but I opened the bottle ⚠️ with some caution ❗️ and it didn't blow out, but there is a lot of shwash🫧 feeling 🥰. The aroma is not that strong... but the almost rummy smell reminds me of the excitement of childhood ❓😍. The top sip from, yes ‼️ One word to describe the taste, a definite adult Ramune👍. Even without stirring, the sweetness, deliciousness, and the sizzle make it quite easy to drink, but of course, if you stir it and take a second sip... you're going to ascend to even more deliciousness ⤴️ 🤤. This is the best beer after bath......not beer after bath.... Oops...I'm going to open it when I realize I'm going to open it 😅 I'll try my best to save it. Day 2❗️ Steady taste with no major flavor changes ✨ The schwashiness is not reduced at all, and it keeps the same rummy taste as the first day 👌. Iwakuni is all about Otters...but Ganki is even more delicious ‼️ Personally, I like Ganki better 😊.

These are the drinks I want to drink in the long nights of spring 🌸😍. Yamabusyu Good Times Secret. Open a bottle of ✨ The aroma is not that strong 🤔 I poured it into a glass 🥂 and checked it again... I felt an apple-like ginjo aroma 😁. I guess the effect of the glass is great... 😱 I thought this is a promising aroma.......but the fun part of orikarami is first taking a sip of the supernatant before mixing 🤤.... And I'm sure... this is a delicious one 😋 lol Or maybe it's because I just drank it...? I think the taste is similar to abe 😆. It has a piquancy, but also a sweetness and umami that comes through in a flash... and the aftertaste is excellent 👌. Now, I'll stir and drink the second glass: ❗️ I think the umami has increased a little ❓🤔. However, there is no drastic change and it may be a stable taste 🥰. I'm curious about the second day, so as usual... I'll hold out for half 😅 Day 2 report: 🗒️ Sweetness and umami seems to have increased ❓While I feel like... slight bitterness in the aftertaste and more alcohol 😅. Personally, the second day was a bit of a letdown for me since the first day was so good 😭 I can't forget the taste of "Abe" which I drank before drinking this one...it was a little lacking in taste 🤔.

Thursday after working overtime...I originally took tomorrow off as a paid day off, so I decided to open it even though it was so late... ‼️ and took it out... Abe" 🍶, which is hard to find in my neighborhood. I got this when I went away to Hakata last month 🤤. I opened the bottle for the first time carefully so as not to make the same mistake as the "Abee"... ✨. The aroma is not that strong... but I expect it must be delicious from your post 😋. And now... a sip 😏. And then... a sip 😏 Immediately, the mouth was filled with a tangy sensation and a rush of umami 🥰. The sweetness, umami, and sharpness are wonderful, and the bitterness is almost non-existent, so it's a taste that will linger 😍. No wonder it's so highly rated 👌 Haha! I forgot to stir the oli in the deliciousness and drank my second cup 😰. So I got myself back on track and drank the third cup after stirring 🤣 lol. There was no drastic change but the taste was stable and more delicious ⤴️ My friend who has had abe before said... it seems to go to another level after a few days... so I'm going to be patient 😭. Next time after the day after tomorrow! ☺️ Day 3, not day 2: ❗️ It wasn't as good as the other dimension... but it definitely has more flavor😍. I thought the pizzazz would go away... but it's still there in your mouth ✨ I'm convinced it's delicious and I'll definitely be back👍

If you are a user of "Wine Glass Delicious Sake Award🏆", you must have already checked it, right? I'm always curious about the public's opinion while drinking my favorite sake 😅. Among them...the only sake brewery in Hiroshima prefecture that won the award 🎖️ was Asahihou in Asakita-ku, Hiroshima city. I was so excited to buy it because it was the only sake brewery in the prefecture that I had been curious about but hadn't been able to drink it for a long time 😊. I'm not going to pass up a chance to drink it when I hear that it won the highest gold award🥇 at ...... lol! And now for the preamble......... To be honest, when it was brewed with edible rice Koshihikari🌾, I imagined it would have a taste not suitable for sake😥. ... but ❗️ I was convinced when I opened the bottle. The aroma is quite fruity and it's really junmai? 😅The price...I think it was around 1500 yen 💦. The taste and sharpness are outstanding and I'm convinced it won the highest gold medal 🥰. This is the strongest including the cost performance...hats off to the level 👌If Koshihikari is made into a sake, is it still the familiar taste of rice in everyday life...it is unstoppable deliciousness 🥰. Day 2🗒️ Hmmm... the first day was definitely better 😅. Maybe it's because it's pure rice made from edible rice 🌾... it's got more of a cloying taste and alcohol taste 😰. It's not bad, but it doesn't have the impact of the first day 😭

To blow away the fatigue of working overtime every day... Sentori is not enough... 🤣 I'm going to try my personal hall of fame brand Jikin 🍶....and my favorite sake Mirai 🌾 lol.... When I opened the bottle...it was already...the usual ❓🤣 What can I say........just the ginjo aroma that comes in softly and slowly makes me smile. ☺️ I mean, it makes me grin, so I guess I'm kind of a weirdo from a third party's point of view😅. One sip and the fruity aroma and the taste reminiscent of apples and grapes spreads in your mouth, and the piquancy of the raw sake fills your mouth with juwajuwa~... 🥰. And the stable sharpness... 👏. It's too good 😁. I have an image that Jikin's Hi-iri is basically stable in taste even after opening the bottle...but considering that the Nama-Shu became super delicious the other day with Senbon-Nishiki🌾, this Sake Mirai also looks more promising after tomorrow 🤩. I'll be looking forward to seeing how the taste changes tomorrow 😌. Day 2: 🗒️ More umami in a stable aroma: ⤴️ The piquancy has decreased, but the flavor is still great 🥰. The combination with the relatively crisp tangy lemon salt was a delicious way to enjoy a cup of sake 😁.

For your weekend enjoyment after a tiring weekend of overtime work... the SENKYO SAKURA🌸 is a special treat 😁. I had planned to drink it when the cherry blossoms in our yard bloomed, but to my surprise, I found them blooming this morning✨. And just in time for Friday ❗️ I don't have to tell you that this is a meeting of fate 😘🤣. Well...such a dramatic encounter is just a fantasy lol Well, to get back on track, I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and.... Then...the aroma of lemon-like sourness that is typical of Senkou 🍋. It is lightly cloudy with some oily sediment, so I tried the supernatant first. The smooth taste of Sentori with just the right amount of lemon and a hint of freshness is exquisite 🥰. The second glass is of course stirred 🫧...and then! Hmmm? Maybe it's because it's light nigori...maybe it doesn't change much 💧 maybe it somehow has a little more umami 🤔 generally it's delicious as usual, but...it was a little unexpected, little change in taste 😅. However, Sentori has an exquisite taste change after opening, so I'll be looking forward to tomorrow so I don't drink it all 🙌 Day 2: ❗️ Yes, yes, yes... this is the second day of Sentori 🥰. The pizzazz has faded, but the flavor is up: ⤴️ The lemon taste is milder than the first day 😁....

I stopped by the local liquor store on my way home from work to buy some beer 🍺... and they had some good cosy lentil heated sake 😅. I bought a bottle of sake with alcohol 😆 lol. I wasn't in the mood for heated sake since the weather has been warm the past few days... but the price attracted me 🤣. So, I opened the bottle and put it in the microwave as the label says: ❗️ The resulting aroma is ...... Oh... it's the sake 😅. It's heated up and tastes great, with a nice spiciness and sweetness from the brew alcohol that helps you feel tipsy. I'm just thankful for this kind of heated sake that's affordable for everyday drinking 🤔. I like this kind of gutsy old-fashioned sake, and I also like fruity sake... but in general, it's a good sake for everyday drinking 💧 (well, the price is less than a coin, so lol). It's been a while since I drank heated sake, but I still personally recommend Kamerei Shuzo for dry sake ❗️ If you're looking for umami, I'd recommend Kamo Kanehide's seasonal heated sake 🤔. I'd love to hear from you sakewa users about your recommendations for heated sake. 🗒️

What kind of alcohol do you usually drink all the time? 🤔 Beer 🍺? Shochu? Sake🍶? Wine🍷? Our standard is beer 🍺⇨ 4L cheap shochu... 😭 So I'd like to splurge at least on the weekends lol😆😆. Well, today is my day off from my day job... but I've been doing a lot of things around the house and it's been an exhausting Sunday 💦. But...I guess I should have a good cheap local sake with my dinner 😁. Sorry for the long preamble... Here's a local all-year-round sake that I didn't report on yet 🍶. I found this at the local supermarket... but I was looking at the Sake-no-wa app and saw that there are not many reports on it. It's another favorite brand of Kamo Kanehide, "Sakurafukiyuki", which is a standard Junmai sake. The aroma is not that strong, and the plump rice flavor of Junmai can be served cold, room temperature, or heated 👌. However... my personal recommendation is the Junmai Ginjo, which is only available at the direct sales shop... please patronize it when you travel to Hiroshima 😆 lol

Today's second bottle is 😏😏😏😏! I had a first taste of it a long time ago and raved about its cost-effectiveness and lack of name recognition (you can buy it anytime and it's delicious)...Junmai Ginjo Harugasumi✨ from Kyuyo Masamune in Kumamoto Prefecture! Ha... 😦I found myself back to Kyushu sake again 💦. Something seems to be attracting me quite a bit lately 😓 lol Well, I'll leave it at that....I've been curious about Kyushu Sake for a while now, and I noticed that they've added a new Spring Sake, so I brought it to my house 😆. I opened the bottle immediately: ❗️ The aroma is not that strong 🤔. I think it has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness 😆 from the beginning to the end 👌 But I would like to comment on the dryness of the taste, it may be a bit lacking compared to the Junmai Kyuyo which I drank for the first time 😓. It has a beautiful taste, but if you ask me if it's notably different from other sake breweries... I don't really feel it 💦(maybe I just don't have a good palate). Then I remembered I forgot to stir it while drinking it, so I stirred it and drank it again 🍶. It tastes better now lol! Lesson learned, you have to stir the orikara-mi! It's 👌👌. Day 2🗒️ The feeling of cleanness has increased 😁. But on the other hand, it also feels less distinctive 💦.

I'm in tired mode after working overtime this week 😭 For recovery ❤️‍🩹... need to heal ourselves 🏥❗️ And so... 😆 (yeah) Weekend's annual opening ceremony 🍶✨ It's been a while since I've had a lot of sake from Kyushu... so this is Aomori's Tasake 🌾😁. When I opened the bottle, the ginjo aroma was quite strong and fruity, like apples ✨. It's one of those that gets you excited before you even drink it ⤴️🥰 And then...take a sip... 😌! A harmony of sweetness and umami in the mouth 🎶. A little bitterness at the end, but the taste is just right🙆. The finish is exquisite, neither sharp nor long lasting, with a taste that will linger 😘. Speaking of Tasake...I personally have an image of it as a delicious food sake 😋, but this one seems to be more suitable for before and after dinner 👌👌. Well, what happens tomorrow ⁉️😁 ps...it's been a long time since I've had a Tasake Tokujun 😓😓... Busy week at work this week...working overtime 😭 Decided my screaming body needed some healing water, so.......opened a bottle of the classic Uguisu sake from the garden 🍶. Upon opening the bottle, you can smell the soft and fluffy aroma 😌. The first sip is crisp, dry, and dry...it's almost like a Japanese version of Asahi's "Sou Fat Dry" 🤔. However, it's not a draft or sparkling 🫧 so it's refreshing 💧. I guess it's positioned as a food drink 😃. It's not strong in character, it doesn't interfere with the food, and it tastes like ......, so it's not too bad or too bad 😓. I'm drinking it by itself, so it might be a waste... I think it's great for izakaya menu 🏮 like yakitori 👌 In general, it has a traditional sake feel 🍶 and a dry, light taste ❗️ ps. not for those who want something fruity😅. Second bottle today... 😍 I'll give you the pub variation even though I'm home at the earliest 🍶 lol From Kumamoto's birthplace...❗️ It's been quite a while since I've had a bottle of Niimasa Ecru ✨. The aroma is not that strong ❓ but it has a nice fruity aroma 🤔. I remember it was like this 💧. And then I took a sip 😁. It tastes like a fruity raspberry 🍇 with a piquancy feeling 😌. It has a nice sharpness and I can see why it is the best sake 😂. It's been a while since I've had this, but I still feel like it's Shinsei. In general, Shinsei brews a fruity, fruit-like flavor that is easy to drink 👌. My only complaint is the price 😭. However, among such Shinmasa, this Colors Ecru is priced at 2,000 yen ❗️, thank you very much 🙏. I mean, the problem is that you can never buy it at the regular price because it is difficult to obtain individually in the first place... 💧. Even though it's obligatory... it's perfect to open on this happy day ❗️ So now it's time to ‼️Sake no Wa Kumamoto Prefecture's top ranking sansho☺️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not as strong as I expected? The aroma is not as strong as I thought it would be 🤔...but I can feel the refreshing sourness 🤔. I took a sip.... ........., ‼️ This....feels more like sparkling wine white🍾 than sake🥰. Just the right amount of lemon🍋 acidity and light sparkling🫧 pizzazz ❗️ This is probably closer to the sourness of Sentori than any other sake I've tasted 😍. Sentori is a refreshing sake, but Sanchi is a bit more carbonated with a little bit of carbonation 👌👌 I've added it to my favorite brands in a while 🤩... but when is the next one? Finally, a Friday treat✨! Today...when I was in Fukuoka the other day with my daughter, I was looking for some rare sake at a liquor store...I bought this sake 🍶 because there was only one bottle left and there were only a few ❗️ available at Sake no Wawa check-in ☑️ I will have a bottle of Tama Izumi for the first time 😋. I did some research... this is Ohga Sake Brewery, Fukuoka's oldest sake brewery founded in 1673😳. This is the first TAMA series to appear in the market 😁. I haven't had the normal one to begin with, so I can't compare 😅. The aroma is mild and you can taste the umami of the rice 😌. As you take a sip, you can taste the beautiful flavor of Yamadanishiki, and the moderate bitterness and umami will keep your cup going 😁The spiciness and bitterness are relatively low and the sharpness is also good 👌I can hardly feel the piquancy of the raw sake 🤔. In general, I have the impression that it's a food sake 🍶 that doesn't choose what to eat 🍶. ‼️ Well, how will it change tomorrow 😆. Day 2! It didn't change much, for better or worse 😅I guess it got a little more umami ❓🤔. I still think this flavor would go well with meat dishes 👌

As you may have guessed, Sakegawa users, it has a strong, fruity ginjo aroma 🥰. One sip and you'll imagine "ah, this is what heaven must be like..." as the flavor runs through your body. It's hard to tell, so I'll comment seriously: ❗️🫡 I imagine that it starts out like a 100% apple fruit juice, and then disappears with a hint of the fermented piquancy of the raw sake. Mmmm, delicious ‼️😋 After all, Jikin is just what they are promoting, right? No doubt about it... 😍 We'll see what happens tomorrow ⁉️ I'm sure you'll be begging for more 😆 Day 2 notes: 🗒️ Irregular overtime work fatigue will be gone... the fainting deliciousness 😵. The pizzazz is gone, but on the contrary, the deliciousness has surged⤴️ the same level of fainting when you take off🛫 in a fighter plane😰🥰 taste 😰🥰.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby! I have an image that Jikin doesn't change its taste that much when it's hi-ire...so this one was a betrayal in a good way 😋. I am just impressed by the depth of sake 😌.
