I really wanted to open it yesterday... but it was already past 9pm when I got home so I held back 😭
I'll get back on track and open the bottle 🍶.
The rich aroma of melon and muscat is already soothing 🥰.

This Tosa Urara doesn't have the piquancy of the raw sake, but it has the perfect balance of sweetness and richness...I can recover so much❤️🩹😊.

The easiest analogy to understand is that...when you freeze bottled juice in the summer and leave it outdoors to gradually melt...it has a strong sweet taste. ❗️ (if you can get an idea of what I mean)
