So I took out my personal Hall of Fame brand 🥇Jikin's Omachi🌾✨.
I drank the draft version a while ago, but this time it was hi-iru 🔥.
Now...! Open the bottle 🍶!
I've said it over and over again, but no matter which rice variety Jikkai's sake is made from... it has a fruity aroma 🍎🍓🍇 when you open the bottle.
I'm already....full from the aroma alone🤣 lol
And well, the aroma is even more pronounced when poured into the glass and I can't stop drooling 🤤.
It's a fire-aged sake, so it doesn't have as much of the juicy flavor of a nama sake, but it has a great balance that will make you grin the moment you drink it 😋.
The way the flavor of Omachi swells up is addictive 👌.
Well, well...no matter how many times I drink it, I can't stop drinking this deliciousness.... I want to share it with those who have never had Jikin 😭

The taste does not change greatly due to the fire-irrigation. Steady umami flavor runs through the mouth🏃♂️
