7-Eleven in Tsudanuma, Chiba 🏪. My favorite store😊. You wouldn't believe the selection in this convenience store💕 Not only sake, but also lots of craft beer and awamori! They also have lots of snacks to go with the sake. Kangiku's assortment of both sake and beer: 🙆‍♀️ This time, I wanted to try Matsuo Boast: ❣️ I can see why! It has a refreshing impression because of the bitterness at the end, but it also has enough sweetness and umami. The sweet aroma is also the image of Kangiku's ☺️ This is very delicious. I can drink it with snacks all the time. I will continue to drink some more 😚.

Souvenirs My husband enjoys mountain climbing. He often goes to the Okutama area. On the way back, he went to Sawanoi Garden and found some souvenirs at Sawanoi Kikizake-sho (sake tasting place). He called me while tasting sake 🙃. I like that 😇 The choko (cup) used at that time was also a souvenir ✨. They bought the glasses separately. I was surprised at first that this sake was Japanese sake, but it was a low alcohol (13%) sake! But thanks to the low alcohol content (13 degrees) and the very cool bottle, you can drink it with a refreshing feeling. It is delicious. ☺️ The souvenir glasses are very cute 😊💕

I usually do most of my work sitting at a desk, This month, I had to hold workshops, meetings, expeditions, and parent-teacher conferences for my son in between...my spirit and legs and back were being exercised. Now that I have finally caught my breath, I am taking it easy this afternoon 🌻. Last weekend, my husband and I went to a soba restaurant in our neighborhood because we heard that they serve Jyushidai, Sei and Tenmei. Jyushidai, Nakadori Junmai (I) Sei, INDIGO Natsu no Hijiri (Husband) Cheers! Very delicious ✨ We had it together as two novice drinkers, but both of us enjoyed it very much. I like sweet and my husband likes refreshing. Afterwards, we asked for three different types of sake to compare, Sono Kangiku OCEAN99 Aomi Tenmei Tank Shiboribori Kamo Kanehide Dry Summer Jun The first one was "OCEAN99". These are completely different tastes! You can't go wrong with these three types, even if your glass goes here and there 🤣. As a sweet-tooth lover, I thought the Aomi was the best of the three 🤗.

No6 3 kinds of sake comparison set 　X-type "eXcellent 　S-type "Superior 　R-type "Regular From the pairing menu 　Aged flatfish sashimi 　An-Gimo with Sansho Sauce I was very nervous about the restaurant and the sake, but it was very tasty and a great experience 🥹❣️ The owner of the restaurant was very kind to teach us a lot of things even though he was busy. ☺️ I would like to come back 😊.

Iwate Prefectural Restaurant Densakuya: ⭐️ Saturday lunch 😋. We were tired from walking, so we started with 🍻. Then, Nanbu Bijin and Akabu Junmai sake 🥂. I've had Nanbu Bijin a few times, but hadn't checked in yet, so here it is 🙌! It's sweet, yet crisp and refreshing 💕. Akabu is sweet and sweet-tasting all the way through 🥂 ☺️ Both are delicious 🤤. I had it with tuna hohoyukke and assorted sashimi 🐟. Since we were there, we also compared dry sakes: ❣️ I love dry sake served outside, but I was a bit drunk, so sorry for the review 🙏. We also had toriten (chicken tempura) and the food was very good as well 😊.

Yakamori🦎. I am not good at potty 🥺. (I worry too much and end up not being able to potty) My husband is good at potty 😑. (His hobby of outdoor goods arrives daily) I was so eager to drink Yamori, but I couldn't find it at all. (I went to the sake brewery but couldn't buy it...) When I was complaining, My husband snapped it up with a little time to spare. Because it was the only one they had in stock! He said, "This is the only bottle they had in stock! I've longed for this YAMORI 😊. From the aroma, it is sweet and delicious. I also felt fruity. When I started to drink, I felt sweet and umami, and it was very easy to drink while also feeling solid. ❣️ I can drink it by itself and then with a meal. I can drink more and more 💕It was the right decision🙆. From now on, I think I'll ask my husband to buy me a bottle of sake 🤔.

The mother of the usual neighborhood liquor store, , It is the smallest of all the sake breweries that we stock here. It is run by a couple, and the wife is the toji (master brewer). They make very elegant sake 💕. They told me that they are a very elegant sake brewery. The label is also gorgeous and stylish💐. We first had it chilled in a wine glass. It smelled gorgeous and tasted refreshingly delicious. ❣️ After that, we slowly sipped it in a Kutani ware sake cup, a souvenir from Kanazawa. The flavor was soaked up slowly. It is very tasty with a touch of sweetness 💕. I think I understand a little bit of the elegance 💐. 😍😍

Shibamata Walking 🚶‍♀️ A good walking course from my house. Walked from Shibamata Teishakuten to Yamamoto-tei and then to Shibamata Park for a can of sake 😊. I could carry it cold 👌. Very tasty 😚❣️ Sake in a can is good 💕 But I still wanted to drink 🍺 so I stopped by 🤭.

My first honored chrysanthemum was Halcyon. It was a bit difficult for me at that time. From then on, I couldn't get my hands on any Kouei chrysanthemum, but..., I tried 🍊 twilight orange 🍊 😆. I decided to drink the Koei Chrysanthemum over a few days, so the first day, I lightly tasted it with my husband. ... delicious 😳❣️ Firmly sweet, but with the freshness and bitterness of 🍊. My husband wanted to have another, but I declined because I wanted to go on to day 3 😤. As a result, it was good all the way to the third day😇, but I think the sweetness is more to my liking than the first day🤔. From now on I will actively drink honored chrysanthemum 🙌💕. The third one is a drink at Ameyoko, where we stopped by on the way back from the Matisse exhibition. Ginban & Tempura. I love this kind of drinking outside 😚.

drinking bout 🙌 This is the Niigata pavilion in Omotesando 😊. I stopped by ☔️ on my way to shop and found it was in the middle of an event. We had a 3 kinds of sake comparison! Kirinzan Potari Potari Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu Tsururei Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjyo Nama-ginjyo Nama-ginjyo Soutembo Yuragi Junmai Hi-iri I liked the Kirinzan the best: ☺️ It has a soft and mellow mouthfeel with sweetness and umami. It has a soft, mellow mouthfeel, sweetness and umami, and a clean, sharp taste💕. It was very delicious. We also had tempura of wild vegetables and salted salmon 😋. I got a Takachiyo as a souvenir 😋. 🤭 It was a fun side trip: ❣️

I've been wanting to drink this drink ✨ in the spring. I was looking forward to it 😚. Since I usually drink sweet sake, At first, I thought it was too sweet for me.
