The lingering aftertaste lasts a bit, but it disappears quickly. Comparison of Premium Sake Hakkaisan Daiginjo Yukio Junmai Minatoya Tousuke Junmai Daiginjo Hakkaiyama and Yukio were a little too robust for my taste, so I had Higu drink them, Minatoya Tousuke was light, dry and refreshing! Each had a completely different taste, and I thought it was a good choice for comparison.

Gentle sweetness like Wasanbon and gorgeous sourness. It was only a little, but it was good to be able to feel the ume with all five senses. New Sake Hatsushibori" has a tangy mouthfeel. It's light, but it's drinkable, maybe because of its umami. I don't know. Anyway, my favorite ♡. There is no doubt that it is delicious!

なのは(名芭）Walking from Utsunomiya Joshi Park! Recently, Higu and I started walking because we realized our lack of exercise and physical fitness. Kawazu cherry blossoms in Joshi Park were in bud last week, but today they are in full bloom 🌸🌸🌸. I found spring! And at a soba noodle shop introduced to me by Kotori-san. Spring again. (It is near Kurata-san! I got a little lost last time, so I went there to have a look). Amabuki, a bright pink rosé sake made with Tsukishita-bijin yeast, strawberry yeast, and black rice. Both the pretty label and the beautiful pink color got me excited ⤴︎ ⤴︎ The mild umami of rice spreads out and the aftertaste is very refreshing due to the acidity. The taste does not betray its appearance. Today was a day of enjoying spring🌸

While enjoying yesterday's Sentori... Caution to open the bottle! and the half lees attracted me to buy it! Fresh and dry on the top. Enjoy the umami and sweetness mixed with nigori. On the second day, I remembered hearing that Hirotogawa ogara-mi is also delicious heated, so I tried heating it up. It has a soft mouthfeel and a wonderful aroma. The mildness is delicious. なのは(名芭）At Yatai Yokocho. Petit Petit Kenmin-kai with Kotori-san and Higu-san in Utsunomiya! The 3rd party! It's the end of Tochigi love♡. Well, we drank a lot. I think it's been a while since I drank this much. I think I left Higu-san and Kotori-san alone in Yatai Yokocho and was talking to the girl next to me... Sorry, Kotori-san. The next day, I had a hangover ...... and felt much better after eating ramen at Kokumen. I was taken to Wakatake-no-mori, the forest of young bamboo, to see the lights up! It was so fantastic and beautiful. The green tea and chestnut sweets were delicious, and it was a very nice weekend.

なのは(名芭）At Shunsai Miso Restaurant Koro. Petit Kenmin-kai with Ms. Kotori and Mr. Higu in Utsunomiya! Higu-san found this restaurant for us. We had all-you-can-drink from 7:00 p.m. because we couldn't get a reservation at Senanaba from 9:00 p.m! We toasted with beer until Kotori-san arrived! We have met each other several times but we are both very nervous lol. We started with 寫楽. It's always good to drink. Did we have too much fun that day or did we drink too much? I only remember the shinmasa, so please forgive me for expressing the taste (-∞) ⁾⁾ᵖᵉᵏᵒ
