Shirohaku, a limited edition sake from Akita Prefecture by Yamamoto-san, known for his pure black sake.
I've never had this one before 😅.
It's already cold and chilly with the cold wave ❄️
On a week like this, I want to enjoy heated sake 🥰.
So I picked it up for the first time!
This sake is only available in one bottle, and used to be an alcoholic honjozo sake!
Later, when Yamamoto went Junmai-only, it was changed to Josen Junmai 😆.
Kamisen = first class sake
That's a nostalgic expression 🎶.
It must have been a common sake in the Noshiro area!
The aroma is slightly fruity ❣️
In the mouth, there is a sweetness, but then a gentle acidity, and then a bitter taste that finishes it off 😆👍.
Not too heavy, not too light, easy to drink ✌😚.
When heated up, the flavor increases even more and it's irresistible💕.
It's a sake that warms up 🎶.
A bottle costs about 2,000 yen 💴.
It's a great cosy heated sake 🍶😋🍶.

Good morning Jay & Nobby, ☀️
You're right, this is the first time I've seen it sold exclusively within the prefecture😅.
I highly recommend it 🎶, it's designed to be heated up while still having a Yamamoto feel to it.
I think you two will love it💕😁.
