Machida Shuzo Junmai Ginjo 55 Yamadanishiki Naokumi
It's been a year since I started drinking sake, and apparently I like the sweet, sour and rich type of sake more than the crisp summer type😌.
My alcohol life was mainly beer during the summer, but I think I'll be drinking more sake from now on, so my post count might increase... 😁.
This time it's a sake from Machida Shuzo that I bought when I went on a climbing expedition to the northern Kanto region!
I've known the name for a while, and it's always been a top ranking sake, so I wanted to try it...
The taste...
It wasn't what I imagined it would be! 😲
Sweet, moderately sour and fruity✨✨.
This balance is pretty good 😂.
I had an old-fashioned image from the name Machida Shuzo, but it was so delicious~~~!
I found out that Machida Sake Brewery is a rare brewery in Japan with a female toji!
I'm convinced that it's the fruity sake that women love🤔.
...I bought a bottle of Machida Shuzo at a liquor store in Gunma, and I also bought some Ozeki with it 😊.

I've climbed Mt. Buson, Tanigawa West Black Ridge, Nikko Shiranesan, and Mt. Akagi, but they are all snowy mountains⛄.
