This is the last Maikaze series for this year. It's been quite a while, but we'll be having "Mt. Haruna" for the last time! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a relaxing sweet aroma. It has a peachy aroma. It also has a slightly banana-like flavor. The palate is smooth, as is typical of Gunma sake, with a slight sweetness that is typical of "Maifu" and a nice astringent taste that plays an active role in the background! The astringency also gives it a mineral taste, which I personally feel is similar to the "Tenpyo Junmai" that I drank before👍. In the latter half, the astringency becomes the main taste, which reminds me of grapefruit. It melts away at the end, so it goes down smoothly! I've enjoyed many Maikaze series this year, including "Akagisan"✨I'm looking forward to next year!

I went to the Fushimi Sake Festival. I bought two bottles of sake that I particularly liked from what I drank there. The first bottle was Kyo Hime Daiginjo Takumi. It is a very tasty and favorite sake, hard but full of flavor.

A gorgeous aroma and flavor that penetrates the nose the moment it hits the palate. The slightly dry, powerful, yet refreshing finish leaves a clear and refreshing impression. The balance is exquisite.

(Right photo) Daiginjos are also relatively refreshing, but this one is like water! If you taste carefully, you will find a common sweetness and umami. I wonder if the difference in rice polishing ratio makes such a difference. 3.00

Special Junmai sake with 60% polished rice ratio I bought the jacket because of the impressive cartoonish, retro Showa-era "Oniotome" illustrations. The illustration was done by Minako Sonobe. It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!

I went to Fukuroi Sake House Yamaya for Kaiun Tachiharu Asashimusubori, and I was able to buy it without reservation every year, but not this year 😅I screwed up 😅. Since I went there, I bought another Risshun Asashibori 😊for good luck👍. It's a good omen 📌720ml ¥1,980 Here's a quick rice! The aroma is fruity💕 The color is beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink 😊👍 You can also taste the sweetness of the rice 💕 I think it's probably dry. It is a delicious sake that does not interfere with your meal💕💕💕 I couldn't buy the Kaiun Tachiharu Asashibori so I bought it anyway, but the Hatsuwakatake was even better than I imagined👍 Next year I'll remember to pre-order the Kaiun Tachiharu Asashibori 😅.

A love that has lasted over two years has been fulfilled. I had a bottle in Ito izakaya two summers ago and enjoyed it so much that I was looking for a bottle to buy someday. I finally met the devil maiden in love😄. It is slightly effervescent and has a rather firm, juicy sweetness, but the mouthfeel is light and cuts through easily. The aroma is greenish, like unripe bananas🍌. Fresh and easy to drink, it goes well with oily fish 🐟.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. The one that impressed me the most after tasting several kinds of Kunihiki. It is sweet and fruity. It has a sourness like citrus. It is low in alcohol but very drinkable. However, I personally don't like the top flavor. I can't explain it well, but it smells sweet? I can't explain it well, but it smells like a sweet smell. After drinking it, it tastes fine, but I don't like the aroma when I put it close to my nose. It's difficult to describe... It might be quite tasty with meat as it says on the back 🤔.

Faint golden color with a grain aroma. Bitter, astringent, and acidic tastes overlap each other. If you expect the fruity and sweetness of a typical Junmai Daiginjo, you are way off. I drank it cold, but I might try warming it up. The Nishijin textile label is cool❗️.

The rice used is "Hotarumai," a brand of Koshihikari rice. It has a strong acidity and a cider-like taste. The sweetness is moderate, and the aftertaste is refreshing. It seems to go well with strong flavored dishes. It's a little different from what I like, but it's an interesting sake 🍶.

PREMIUM S 1800ml Ingredients ... Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic), Brewer's alcohol Rice used ... 100% domestic rice Rice polishing ratio ... 68 Alcohol percentage ... 16 We had it bundled with Urasato Usu Nigori. I was attracted by the concept of cheap and tasty sake. If you try to get rid of the miscellaneous flavors, you lose the umami, and I wondered how it was possible to keep it. I felt that the umami was more pronounced on the second and third days than on the first day. I wonder if I expected a little too much, but I am curious to know how it is in the local market.

I've never had this sake before❗️. There are many delicious sake in Tochigi, so I'm looking forward to opening the bottle 😀. The aroma is subdued❗️ I'm not sure if this is the first time I've had it, but I'm sure it will be the last. When the temperature rises slightly, the sweetness and sourness are refined and the aftertaste disappears like water👍. The overall balance of the sake was good and it was very easy to drink😄.

At home. The third Nara sake without permission - ‼️. Kita Sake Brewery is located in Gobo-cho, Kashihara City and was founded in 1718. My son used to play baseball and we used to go to Sato Yakuhin Stadium near here. This is the first time for us to visit there. The aroma is not so strong, but there is a slight sweetness and alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, dryness, and the gradual feeling of alcohol. Oh, is this the ultimate in dryness? For now, I will only taste it tonight and wait for tomorrow to see how it changes. There was almost no change in taste after the second day. It is dry, but it has a sweet taste and is not unacceptable.

Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine. I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake. It has a very high density of flavor and richness even in hiya, and the acidity is enough to go well with the drinks! It is also very well balanced in terms of both comfort and drinkability! It is even better when heated! This is wonderful! I bought a small bottle the day before because I had to buy a lot of things at Ise Jingu Shrine, but I want to buy another 4 bottles! Before going to the Kashihara Shrine, we went around the tombs around the shrine, and especially the Unebiyama Northeast Mausoleum was amazing! It was scary! Furthermore, although I must have been to Kashihara Shrine when I was a child, it looks bigger than the image I had when I was a child. Normally it should look smaller than it did when I was a child, but it was the opposite. I guess I felt the greatness of Kashihara Shrine.

Purchased at a liquor store in Miharu-cho, where I stopped by when I went to ride the Ban-Etsu East Line last November. It is the flagship brand of this brewery, brewed with local sake rice Gohyakumangoku. The sweetness spreads on the palate as soon as you drink it. I felt it was a little too sweet right after opening it, so I left it in the refrigerator for a month and drank it again after a long time, and it settled down just right.
