The rice used is Yamadanishiki and Shunyo. This is Izumo no Kuni's newest brewery, created (reborn) last year. Naturally, it was the first time for us to visit. The image of sake in this area is that of powerful sake-like sake, all of which are unique. This sake is unique in the sense that it is, but the image has been overturned. It is very fruity and lightly sweet and sour, with a pleasant citrus bitterness spreading from the sweetness and acidity. The mouthfeel is clear and crisp. Overall 9 (out of 10) I had my first Shimane sake 🍶😃. I got it from Pekho-san. According to the description of the sake shop It's a "fruity and full of flavor" sake! Delicious 😋. It is a light, astringent and delicious 🍶. More of a sense of breadth than a sense of depth. Simple and straight rather than complex and harmonious Consistent throughout rather than a change in flavor. The astringency brings out the umami of the rice in a good way. I got such an impression 😋. It was gone in no time at all😅 I served it chilled. The aroma I got from the bottle is as follows. -Aroma: A strong aroma of rice. -Aroma: Slightly astringent taste that passes through the nose. I went to Tabe Takeshita Sake Brewery and Sake Brewery Museum 😆. But all the sake was sold out there 😭 So I went to a liquor store that sells this sake and bought Rihachi👍. I wanted to drink it and I couldn't bear to end up not being able to buy it 😣. But I'm glad I was able to buy it safely 😌. I've had this drink before and I know it's good, so I feel safe drinking it 😌. I wasn't sure whether to buy Rihachi's white label or black label, but this time I went with this one ✨. It's consistently delicious 😋.

New ramen🍜 restaurant in the city: ✨️ I've had my eye on this place for a while but never got around to going 💦. Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....

(I was tired from eating too much rich food, so I decided to balance it out with some light sake, so I bought a bottle of Nenohi from Yamaya. Nenohi is thin, as was the case with the cup sake. The light flavor is clear but still has the presence of light flavor to make the most of it! Today, I overcame my fear of the new koro and went to a hot spring! The treasure of Amagasaki, Tsukiji Ebisu Spa is still wonderful! I got the locker number 17 and the BIGBOSS number 1! Then I went to Ohmononokunushi Shrine and wished to become a big shot! It doesn't say, but the product name is Kokoromi. 295 bottles of this sake are limited, and from the name, I wonder if it is a test brew type sake. The concept of the Kokoromi saké has been around since last year, and it is said to be "unpolished luxury. This year's theme is "Shitakoya. It is a low-polished, low-alcohol sake. It is a rather gorgeous sake with a gentle taste that is not typical of Shirataka. The rice is Yamada-Nishiki from a special A district, which is luxurious for only 1,300 yen. It is probably only available in the Nishinomiya area, but if you see it, give it a try.

Shirataka, founded in 1862, is especially famous as the official sake of Ise Jingu Shrine. (of course, I had never heard of it before 😅), which is especially famous as a sacred sake for Ise Jingu Shrine. We were very satisfied with the all-you-can-eat crab, sushi, sashimi, etc. We were very satisfied. The place is Kobe Minato Onsen lotus. The aroma was not too strong, but soft and fruity with no bitterness.

Rice used: Sasanishiki, Dewa Kirari, and Miyamanishiki grown in Yamagata Prefecture. I found this in a grab bag at a liquor store in my neighborhood, which has become a regular feature for me. It's not a great deal in terms of price, but I look forward to it because it contains brands that I don't usually buy. This one has the sourness that is typical of a traditional sake brewery, but when you drink it lightly, it is refreshing, and as you continue to drink it, the sweetness comes slowly. As the day goes by, the sweetness will increase even more. The sharpness is not that great, but it is not overpowering either, making it a good all-around sake. The price is less than 1,000 yen without tax, but I️ think it's quite competent.

Tonight's sake is a Shiraito Brewer's Nigori sake from the famous Shiraito Shuzo, which I had the pleasure of meeting at the brewery during my trip to Fukuoka in late May. When we visited the brewery, the proprietress and her little son were very attentive to us, and we were very grateful for the free tasting, which they usually don't do 😊 We bought a bottle of one of our favorites, so we're going to open it now 🙌! The rice polishing ratio is not stated, but I think it is more than 70% polished. The aroma has a soft lactic acid nuance that is not typical of sake. The taste is easy to drink with a slight sweetness of rice in the supernatant and umami flavor 😋 It becomes completely cloudy when mixed with a significant amount of lees, but it has a smooth mouthfeel and is more delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.

Tonight, I feel like I've been shvitzing at the gym for two days, but drinking this is a negative rebound, but when it comes to horse mackerel and monkfish sashimi, it's a MUST 🍶. I bought this 💁 at a brewery when I was in Fukuoka. It's Shiraito Sillite 70 ✨. Unlike Tanaka Rokujugo, this sake seems to be distributed within the prefecture, but it is a 100% Yamadanishiki Junmai sake from Itoshima, and when I tasted it, I enjoyed this lowest-purity sake 😋. The sake has a very clear and clean structure, with a hint of sourness from the ginjo aroma of the cucumber, and the rice is sweet and full. The finish is very crisp and very excellent. ☺️ It is best when it returns to room temperature from chilled. ⭕️

I heard from an acquaintance that Sakuta was delicious and ordered it because there was no special distributor near me and it was in the hometown tax payment. Since it was a set of two bottles, I received it with sincerity.
