Sake Trip, purchased in Aomori (These are just my thoughts from my stupid taste buds...) Sourness, sweetness, aroma... apples ✨🍎✨. Very elegant apples ✨🍎🍎! Delicious! Oh man, I'm going to end up drinking a whole bottle of this if I'm not careful 🙈. Delicious!

Sake Trip, purchased in Hirosaki 🍶. (These are my impressions from my stupid tongue...) It's a bit sweet and fruity with a spicy aftertaste that goes down the throat nicely 😳. It's delicious! I had the impression that it was 🍶. As the day went on, it became more mellow and fruity, another delicious sake 😋.

Sold out everywhere 💦. but miraculously I was able to buy the last bottle 😭I'm so happy! I had it right away! (My stupid tongue's impression...) I can feel its vitality! It's crisp, fruity and full of flavor, and the rind is bitter and crisp ✨ The aroma is... green apple? I'm not sure if it's green apple or not (my nose seems to be damaged by the dryness). Ohhhh, it's delicious! It doesn't smell like alcohol at all, but the sake flavor is very strong! I look forward to it every year 😋.

(This is my opinion based on my stupid tongue.) Sweet...? Spicy...? Fruity...? Clear...? For me, a sake beginner I have the impression that it is an "adult sake". I think it tastes more fruity, gorgeous, and mellow when it's a little closer to room temperature than when it's perfectly chilled. September 2025 I visited Niseko Brewery. After petting the signboard cat, we went inside the store. I love the style of the shop, where you can freely sample the sake on the table. The atmosphere was very homey, with the owner's wife telling us about the best places to visit. The ice cream is delicious, so if you go there, you should definitely try it.

(This is just my opinion from my stupid tongue...) First of all, let's drink it without stirring! A little bit gassy and gassy. Aroma of lactic acid? Silky, yet refreshing bitterness and a hint of green apple at the back of the mouth. I'm not sure. Next, gently stirring the beer... Shuwashuwa - silky - lactic acidity with a sharp bitterness ✨. The aftertaste in the back of the nose is... not sweet katsugen? It's so good! Delicious 😋! I thought it was too popular to get, but I'm glad I managed to get it 💕☃️

It is a junmai ginjo-shu made from 50% polished "Hanabukiyuki," Aomori Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing. Haikara" is a 30's sake, a low alcohol sake in the 13%'s. It is a sake brewed from scratch by brewers in their 30's with no direction from the toji, but with their own ingenuity based on their own experience. Taken from President Nishida's Instagram (Here are my impressions from my stupid tongue) Brilliantly fruity From the moment you drink it, you can feel the juice, and it goes down your throat smooth and easy to drink. It is very fruity and easy to drink 😋. Like ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

(These are my impressions from my stupid tongue) First sip Liqueur! It feels like a liqueur! This goes well with ice and soda! 2nd day Suddenly it became spicy! 3rd day Is it the unique aroma of old sake? The aroma became stronger. The mouthfeel has become mellow. 4th day It has become mellow. The aroma became fruity and brandy-like. When I mixed it with carbonated soda, I felt the sake was present in the sweetness and fruity flavor. OTOKOYAMA SAKE PARK There is a museum, you can get delicious water, play in the park, and there is a café inside the store, so it was a great place for the whole family to enjoy 😄.

Memorandum I drank this sake recommended by the store owner for my second drink outside. It was my first time to drink it and it tasted fresh and fruity with lactic acid taste 😋. (I was too tipsy from drinking outside and the second drink, so I couldn't taste the details 😅)

(These are just my thoughts from my stupid tongue.) As soon as you pour it into a glass and bring it close to your mouth, the aroma is gorgeous. The first sip goes down my throat quickly and smoothly. Fruity... pear... or maybe blue melon? Anyway, it's elegant, clear, fragrant, and super delicious ✨. Below Quote from President Nishida's Instagram Aomori's "Hanasoi" rice suitable for sake brewing is polished to 35% for this Daiginjo-shu. All sake made with "Hanasoi" is named "Hyakushicho". This "Zenchidori" is a relative of "Kikusen" as it contains brewing alcohol. Unlike "Tenshu," it is not a junmai sake, so rather than a sake with a wide range of flavors, the 35% rice polishing ratio and the brewing alcohol give it a very clear, clean taste and elegant aroma. However, it is not only beautiful, but it also has a delicious taste behind it. I see 🧐It's true! ✨ Like ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

(Stupid tongue impressions.) Take a sip of the cold one. 👀! Fruity and gorgeous! The flavor from the first sip is amazing! Everything is so well balanced ✨ Delicious! Settle down to room temperature and take a sip! Umami 〜〜〜〜〜🍁 And yet there is an aftertaste Fruit juice〜〜〜〜〜🤤 Strange! What is Hyakuyonjyu? It is said to be derived from the sake rice used, Hana-souri, whose strain name before it was named was Blue Sake 140. It is a rice suitable for sake brewing developed by Aomori Prefecture with the aim of producing a rice comparable to Yamadanishiki, and is suited to high refining. Yamada-Nishiki and Hanafukuyuki are the parents. It is said to have an elegant and refined aroma, a mellow mouthfeel, and a moderate fullness of flavor. I love Tasake after all ✨.

In order to preserve the freshness of the sake as much as possible, the sake bags used to press the sake are also frozen, and the sake is brewed at temperatures below 0℃. When I went to Aomori on a sake trip, I met this sake and fell in love with it at first sight. I fell in love with it at first sight! (This is just my opinion from my stupid taste buds.) Fruity and fresh! Aroma of yellow fruits? It's a little bit squishy and assertive, but you can drink it without hesitation. Very tasty ✨ 3rd day Mellow and full mouthfeel. Yet juicy! Gentle and delicious 😋. Favorability ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I peeled off the trick label because it was so cute 😆.

(These are just my thoughts from my stupid tongue...) I am a sake novice, but I have known the name Otters since I could not drink sake, and now I finally made my debut as an Otters ✨. The first sip... "Easy to drink! It's so clear and transparent. Fruity.... Hmm? There was a sweetness... Oh? I also found bitterness 👀 And then... At the back of my throat, oh! Spiciness! was my first impression of Otters. Otters seem to be doing a lot of good work, so I thought it will probably become a more familiar brand in the future. Like ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

(This is my stupid tongue's opinion.) Junmai Ginjo made from a base of raw sake with white malted rice and filled with carbon dioxide gas. It's more shwashy than I imagined. The citrusy fruity taste was refreshing, and the bitterness followed afterwards, giving the impression of a mature and fashionable sake 😀.
