It is a junmai ginjo-shu made from 50% polished "Hanabukiyuki," Aomori Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing.
Haikara" is a 30's sake, a low alcohol sake in the 13%'s.
It is a sake brewed from scratch by brewers in their 30's with no direction from the toji, but with their own ingenuity based on their own experience.

Brilliantly fruity
From the moment you drink it, you can feel the juice, and it goes down your throat smooth and easy to drink.
It is very fruity and easy to drink 😋.
