Rice used: Sasanishiki, Dewa Kirari, and Miyamanishiki grown in Yamagata Prefecture. I found this in a grab bag at a liquor store in my neighborhood, which has become a regular feature for me. It's not a great deal in terms of price, but I look forward to it because it contains brands that I don't usually buy. This one has the sourness that is typical of a traditional sake brewery, but when you drink it lightly, it is refreshing, and as you continue to drink it, the sweetness comes slowly. As the day goes by, the sweetness will increase even more. The sharpness is not that great, but it is not overpowering either, making it a good all-around sake. The price is less than 1,000 yen without tax, but I️ think it's quite competent.

Kansai Salmon Ware year-end party⑳⑳ We said goodbye to Umaisan, Maru, Rutemi, pyonpyo and Robin and went to the 3rd party. Mr. Muchi helped us to find a restaurant for the after-party too. I remember it was pretty fruity and refreshing. We also drank Niiyu's dry sake and Toyo Bijin's straight kumi, which is not on the menu 😋. I always listen to kan's 🐴 stories: 👂️ Mother and father are important 🐎. Jive-san had to leave on the way because his train time came 🙋. Finally, Nemuchi and I had ramen at Ramen Nigamushi Chicken before heading home 😋. I've never had ramen before and it was delicious 🍜. Aochan who went missing also went to another ramen restaurant 😁. I lost the sake that Jive gave me, so I went back to the after-party later, but it's a secret 🤫. Overall 9 (out of 10) I had my first Shimane sake 🍶😃. I got it from Pekho-san. According to the description of the sake shop It's a "fruity and full of flavor" sake! Delicious 😋. I went to Tabe Takeshita Sake Brewery and Sake Brewery Museum 😆. But all the sake was sold out there 😭 So I went to a liquor store that sells this sake and bought Rihachi👍. I wanted to drink it and I couldn't bear to end up not being able to buy it 😣. But I'm glad I was able to buy it safely 😌. I've had this drink before and I know it's good, so I feel safe drinking it 😌. I wasn't sure whether to buy Rihachi's white label or black label, but this time I went with this one ✨.
