At home. The third Nara sake without permission - ‼️. Kita Sake Brewery is located in Gobo-cho, Kashihara City and was founded in 1718. My son used to play baseball and we used to go to Sato Yakuhin Stadium near here. This is the first time for us to visit there. The aroma is not so strong, but there is a slight sweetness and alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, dryness, and the gradual feeling of alcohol. Oh, is this the ultimate in dryness? For now, I will only taste it tonight and wait for tomorrow to see how it changes. There was almost no change in taste after the second day. It is dry, but it has a sweet taste and is not unacceptable.

Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine. I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake. It has a very high density of flavor and richness even in hiya, and the acidity is enough to go well with the drinks! It is also very well balanced in terms of both comfort and drinkability! It is even better when heated! This is wonderful! I bought a small bottle the day before because I had to buy a lot of things at Ise Jingu Shrine, but I want to buy another 4 bottles! Before going to the Kashihara Shrine, we went around the tombs around the shrine, and especially the Unebiyama Northeast Mausoleum was amazing! It was scary! Furthermore, although I must have been to Kashihara Shrine when I was a child, it looks bigger than the image I had when I was a child. Normally it should look smaller than it did when I was a child, but it was the opposite. I guess I felt the greatness of Kashihara Shrine.

If only I had bothered a little more at Sukumasa, maybe I wouldn't have gotten wet 🤣. Moved to Namba and went to Takashimaya while watching the liquor section of Ikari supermarket. MURASHIGE SHUZO who brought a strange sake that was dry but sour at last year's Takashimaya Sake Festival! I heard that the perverted sake was sold out, so the main sake was Kinkan Kuromatsu. We drank Junmai Daiginjo It is labeled as -8 on the sake meter, but it has a classic taste with not so much sweetness. It tastes not like a daiginjo and is very unique. It looks good heated up. A little nutty? Junmai I heard it's a sake for evening drinking, but it has a lot of acidity. This is also a classic, but it has acidity and is easy to drink. Junmai Ginjo Less acidic than Junmai. The most orthodox, but not memorable. Junmai Daiginjo Nishiki Beautiful taste, but less flamboyant. I also tasted a 1 year old junmai from MURASHIGE and 3 types of EIGHT KOTT, and bought the test brew of EIGHT KOTT because it was delicious 😋. Finally, I stopped by the sake department of EDION and went home 😊.

This Sake is a nice change from what I have been drinking recently. It has a sugary sweetness similar to a ripe muscat. There is a Medium mouth feel followed by a slight dryness at the finish for a clean aftertaste. Delicious. 😋

I think it tasted pretty harsh. It was hard to drink it all, but it was delicious!

At home. Sake tasting party with friends after a long time. We brought our own sake. First up was a local sake from Echigo-Yuzawa, a gem bearing the name of the first head of the Shirataki Sake Brewery. The aroma is gorgeous, and in the mouth you can taste the acidity and umami, with a slight lingering alcohol taste. It leaves a slightly bitter or rough feeling in the back of the throat. The Shirotaki Shuzo is known for its Kouzen Nyosui, which has a fuller aroma and taste compared to the Kouzen Nyosui. The bottle was also unusual, with an innovative volume of 630 ml. This is the first brand I've seen and the taste is great. ‼️

@sakebar Fukuzo This sake is from the same Kobayashi Shuzo Honten as the "Hakata no Mori" I posted a while ago. Mandai must be more famous locally 🤔. It will be pressed on the morning of Risshun 🍶.
