A rare mix of a sake that is both a sake yeast and a fast brewer's yeast. But it has a good balance.
It is blended to be seasoned and balanced like a regular sake, and although it is umami, it is gentle and will be well-liked by everyone.
A good sake that you will want to drink on a daily basis.

Shizuoka Business Trip #8
I had a bottle of Hakuin Masamune that I bought at a liquor store in Numazu last week 😋.
The aroma is mild 🤔In the mouth, it has a full flavor and a nice clean sharp taste 😚👍This is a delicious sake with a soft umami of rice and a beautiful sweet taste 😊.
The 4th picture is a sakuraebi kakiage donburi and soba noodles that I had at sakuraebi teahouse near the site 😀The crispy sakuraebi kakiage was delicious 🤤.
Good morning, Maechen 😃.
I see you are going to Numazu too😄.
I used to visit Nagashima Sake Shop every week when I lived in Numazu 🍶.
I miss it so much😍.
Hello Maechen 😃!
Looks like you are doing a great job exploring the liquor stores in Shizuoka 🤗!
The fried sakura shrimps are bigger than soba noodles 😳 that's the real deal 😍!
Hello @Mizuhashi, ☀☀☀😀😀
The liquor store I visited this time was called Matsuura Sake Shop. Next time I visit Numazu, I will drop by Nagashima Sake-ten 😊Thanks for the information 🫡.
Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀😀😀
My visit to the liquor stores in Shizuoka Prefecture is going well😊I haven't been able to go because many of the breweries are closed on weekends😇There are many Shirasu and Sakuraebi restaurants near the site and they are packed with people regardless of holidays😳.
