This is the first attempt by the Takashima Sake Brewery to create a blend of a "sake brewer's yeast and fast brewer's yeast. Mr. Takashima, a master brewer and technical advisor to the Japan Sake Brewers Association, blended them in a unique ratio for an exquisite taste.
The familiarity of the Hayamazake and the depth of the Namo yeast are in perfect harmony, and the result is a wonderful sake that you can drink every day and never get tired of it.

Ah water refreshingly dry. Lightly dry. But quite spicy. It is moderately hot. The taste of the water is a quintessential Shizuoka sake. Sake with a sharp taste. 85 points.
