Another one this time. It is Takatsugawa by Fusozuru. It is from Shimane Prefecture. I saw Hiraccio-san drinking it and longed for it 🙌. First at room temperature. The color is a solid yellow. The aroma is mildly savory with a hint of maturity. It smells like caramel, soy sauce, and cream cheese. The mouthfeel is gentle. The palate is drowned in the complex flavor of aged rice with a moderate acidity. When heated up, it becomes smoother and more balanced, and you can just keep on drinking it. It has a relaxing and soothing taste. When tasted with a thick Shigaraki-ware sake cup, the warmth of the clay makes it taste even better. The warmth of the clay makes it even softer and happier 💕. Aizu girl and the Takatsu River I will relax my body and soul in the late winter. What a good evening drink 😊.

This sake was given to us by a visitor to Kobayashi Sake Brewery in Niigata, which is famous for its signature Akita dog. It is slightly sweet and has a subtle rice flavor, and although it was made in December 2010, it does not have an aged feel and is refreshing and easy to drink. The name is "Gouriki rice". The name sounds powerful😁. The flavor comes fast and furious! The sweetness is only slightly perceptible and the sharpness finishes quickly😋. When you drink it with octopus wassa, the sweetness also appears and it is delicious👍.

☀️ Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶. As I was walking around the venue, a beautiful bottle caught my eye. I stopped and asked "How do you like it?" so I decided to drink it 😁. Drinking outside for the first time in a long time 2 Daiginjo-shu from local Ibaraki It's a quintessential Daigin, and the cleanliness is outstanding. My personal preference is for a sake with a little more coarseness and I prefer a sake with a little more coarseness and I think I like it better.
