Famous for its heated sake? It is a famous heated sake from Tanzawayama. I went to Sakatoya in Mizonokuchi to buy a bottle of Ayahana's slightly heated sake, but they were selling Reiho by weight, which is only sold in 1 sho (1.5 liter) bottles. First, I tasted it cold. The first aroma was slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a beautiful sweetness with a hint of sourness. The sweetness is moderate and refreshing. Next, we tried it warmed up. I had never seen this brand before, so I couldn't resist buying it. This is a sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi. There are about 1,400 sake breweries in Japan, so it's no wonder that there are breweries and brands that I don't know (there are more than 1,000 here). Even if I were to drink one brand every day for the rest of my life, it would take me almost 30 years (^_^;) It's simply impossible. This was an aside. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma is distinctive. I wonder what it is, is it the aroma of rice? In total, the aroma is fluffy, the taste is tangy, and the sweetness is warm. I think it's delicious.

At Hankyu Department Store I had a chance to drink all kinds of sake. The nigori was also delicious. They also gave us a 1:1 blend of nigori and junmai. It was also delicious. The one that caught my attention was the Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)", Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)". It's black and white, so I guess it's 🐼😁. It is said that lactic acid is not used in the yeast stocking but is substituted with citric acid produced from white and black malted rice and fermented slowly at low temperature.
