A gift from Sawanoizumi The Jun Dai I drank before was a Miyagi sake, beautifully light and dry, and I felt (selfishly) the earnestness of the toji (master brewer). I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔.
