It's been a while since I've had a sake with a strong sake flavor, as I've been drinking a lot of mellow sake lately.
I love the tangy and spicy sensation that lingers after the sake goes down your throat!
I also liked the way the aroma spread in my mouth.

It's been decades since I've had kenrishi.
When I was a student, I used to be so happy with kenrishi! I used to be overjoyed when I was a student.
The brewer said that the filtration was used sparingly in order to preserve the umami flavor. The golden color of the sake is crisp and dry when cold
When hot, it is full of umami.
It is an excellent sake after all.

I opened the bottle after finishing the kokujo kuromatsu kenrishi. I should have taken some of the kokujo and compared them... It is even richer. I don't need any snacks. Is this what "heavy" sake is like? I thought so. I am looking forward to Zuisho.
