The last time we drank this was Omachi, but this one is made with the best rice in the sake brewing world, Mohansei!
It is ama, delicious, bitter, and sharp!
It also has plenty of acidity!
It tastes as good as you'd expect.

It is not a simple light dry taste, but you can feel a little sweetness in the bitterness and spiciness.
