I drink it chilled, but I can feel the sweetness. I'm not sure if this kind of regular sake is good when chilled, since many sake become sharp and spicy when chilled. I feel that this kind of sake is good even when chilled.

Purchased at a sake shop. It is a local Saga sake not often seen even in Fukuoka. Cold sake. Mild and refreshing aroma. The taste is neither too sweet nor too dry, but somewhere in between. It is deep and mellow, but also refreshing and a little sharp, perhaps because it is served cold. Overall, it is calm. The aftertaste is short. It seems to go well with all kinds of food. It is also delicious on its own.
