This sake was given to me as a gift! It is yellowish in color and has a very good flavor and sake-like taste, and is a perfect match for Japanese food.
The other day, I had it with sashimi of swordfish and salmon, and grilled kamabachi (yellowtail)! Today, I had it with Chikuzen-ni and Natto-maki!

Kochi Prefecture. Shimanto City. Fujimusume Sake Brewery Co.
Fujimusume Junmai Ginjo
Purchased at the Kochi Food Trip event at Hanshin Department Store.
I thought it would be good warmed up, so I kept it at room temperature, waiting for the weather to get colder.
The other day, Yasube and Orin drank it.
I had it cold.
The first aroma was mild and gentle.
The color is clear with a slight yellowish tinge.
The mouthfeel is smooth, with a hint of citrus yogurt.
The taste starts with a lactic acidity, which is like the top layer of yogurt, and the flavor spreads with the aroma passing through the nose.
The aftertaste is spicy with a hint of nikki on the tongue, giving it a very complex feeling.
It can also be served warmed.
When drunk, it has a mild acidity. The citrusy aroma that wafts into the nose and the umami on the tongue is expanding, the nikki-ness is gone and the spiciness is gentle and mellow.
The image is a little different from when I tasted it 🤔.

Good evening, Nemuchi 😀.
This sake was also a delicious sake 😇
We tried to compare cold sake, room temperature and lukewarm (45 degrees Celsius) at home, but the cold one tasted the best to us 😀.
I could see a different face 😇
Good evening, Yasubeyesan 🌛I remember it seemed a bit sweeter when I tasted it, so I thought it would go well with heated sake, but my impression was a bit different 😅I also thought it would be more unique and preferable cold 😋.
At a recent Izakaya Monorail event, there were 8 people sitting at one table with 6 bottles of 4-gou 😀.
As we were about to arrive at the last stop, the attendant suddenly added another bottle 🤣.
I was told that I was already drunk and couldn't drink any more, but after tasting a few more, the staff asked if anyone would like to take some home... Everyone had come from quite a distance, but since my family lives at the next station, I was grateful to receive a bottle of this Fujimusume 😇.
The sake level is +5 degrees, which is rather spicy for our family who likes sweet sake😅.
We also compared the sweet and tasty Murasakiu and Akakido, so it seemed dry in its own way, but it was a delicious sake with a stronger umami flavor than that 😇.
I used to think that Kochi sake was harsh except for CEL24, but this Kochi sake event changed my impression of Kochi sake.
Good evening, Yasbay 🦉.
If you have any leftovers, please take them home, that's a great event 😳If spicy is also allowed, it will be even harder to choose with the wide range of flavors 😆👍.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
I like to drink a little spicy wine now and then at events like the hanpukai, but my basic taste is still sweet and tasty, so when I choose my own wine, I only look at that 🤣.
Manager's recommendation.
Probably with alcohol (please spare me the mistake).
The taste is a little spicy and the end is full of umami.
The spiciness comes in a little, and the richness of the flavor comes in at the end.
3㌥ bought at the antenna store in KITE
Slightly dry but with good aroma and sweetness. Slightly fruity in the first half and dry in the second half. Much tastier than I expected.

The rice is polished to 60% "Gin-no-Yume" grown in Kochi Prefecture.
Gentle aroma, soft rice flavor, and
soft rice flavor, and a strong
A mild aroma, soft rice flavor, and a robust, drinkable taste.
#Japanese Sake
During a long expedition. At first, we opened a bottle of this one, which uses Shimanto River subsoil water as the brewing water.
The soft and relaxed flavor overlaps with the image of the smooth surface of the Shimanto River.
This is a bottle that gave me a taste of the real pleasure of traveling and encountering sake that I would not normally encounter. It is delicious.
Second bottle of sake bought at Kochi event.
Rice is Gin no Yume, Sake degree +5
It is said to be dry, but it doesn't seem too dry. It has a white wine-like flavor and a yogurt-like lactobacillus flavor that is unique and delicious, just as it was when I tasted it. It has a pineapple-like taste in the back. I have the impression that the spiciness increases during the meal.
When I tasted it at Hanshin with Mr. Ippo's commentary, I thought it was an old-fashioned souvenir wine based on the impression of the label, but I was surprised to find it was completely different 😳.

Fujimusume Sake Brewery is the westernmost sake brewery in Kochi. It is located near the Shimanto River and is said to be quite far from Kochi City.
Fujimusume Junmai Ginjo
It has a unique aroma and taste. It has a mild, robust flavor and is delicious. It is not too dry.
Fujimusume's sake is characterized by its gentle taste and lack of spiciness for a Tosa sake.
Bouken-san was worried that I might think he was going to drink all of it, so I told Ippo-san that I would drink all of it after all 🤣.
I was relieved to hear that he would consider purchasing it... and so I continued with the tasting 😁.
Before I registered with Sake-no-wa, I had received a bottle of Fujimusume from a junior colleague from Kochi, but it was a souvenir-like jar with an inokuchi (cup).
Good evening, Nemuchi-san. I laughed when you declared that you would drink all of them. You are a master of tasting 👑✨Fujimusume is surprisingly sweet 🤔It's a long way from Shimanto River, but I want to go there someday! I'd love to go to Kashiwa-jima island further away 🤿.
Hi Hirupeko-san, good evening 🌛I thought it would be more refreshing to open up and declare that you drink everything... 🤣Fujimusume was not so much sweet but gentle 😋Simanto River and Kashiwa Island are also nice and beautiful places 🌊.
School Trip for Adults #8
We finally entered Kochi Prefecture
To Shimantogawa City via Cape Ashizuri
While looking at John Mann and the sunken bridge
At night, recommended bonito seared with salt tataki,
tempura of green mackerel, fried long-hand shrimps, etc.
and local sake!
Fujimusume's Shimanto no Kaze (Shimanto Wind) goes perfectly with the bonito!
The driving pilgrimage ends at #38 Kongofukuji Temple.
About 60% of the way through, Kochi is the longest and hardest part!
I'll do my best 😁.
Good evening, Harry 🌆.
When I visited that sunken bridge, there was a lot of heavy machinery in the river during civil works 😢.
Already halfway there, isn't it great 😆.
Keep up the good work 😄.
Good evening, Harry 😃.
It sounds like things are going well, but Kochi is the hardest part 💦 Bonito is good, but the Shimanto River's produce seems to go perfectly with the local sake again 😋.
Good luck with the remaining half of the tour ‼️ 👋
Good morning, Jainobi 😃.
I am back in Tokushima prefecture after a hard day in Kochi, it is the last spurt. We had some earthquakes, but I hope to finish the race 😊.
