Tonight's second bottle was Tsushimaya🌸 It's a sake from Gifu, and as fragrant😍 and rich as the first bottle of Jyushiro, this one is more refreshing and crisp. Both were so good that we ended up emptying the entire bottle 😂. I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I promised myself to take a rest day tomorrow😅.

I've always been curious about it because I often see it at Takashimaya, but this is my first time to drink it. The rice is Asahi rice and Yamadanishiki. It is fresh and has a strong sweet flavor, but the aroma and taste are a bit unique. I also feel a bit of hardness. I'll give it some more time and see how it goes.
