We have two minamis in our office, and they are in the same section, so when I call, I often get the wrong person💦. That aside, this time it was Jungin from Kochi Sake Minami. Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir. If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌. When opened and poured, it has a sweet aroma like sugar and sugarcane. The mouthfeel is crisp and immediately afterwards has the plumpness of rice plus the sweet and spicy taste of brewer's alcohol. I drank it for the first time at a store in Hanamaki and was surprised by the sourness. It seemed to be quite a challenge since Iwate is generally known for its sweet and tasty sake.
