36Guardians⚔️ I've had a nice change of tastes, and was recommended to me by the liquor store ✨. It used to be a very traditional and strong flavor, but now it's a very refreshing and crisp taste, The price is 500 yen (), but it's not bad. The price is also 500 yen (⤴️), I guess the price is 500 yen (), but the taste is acceptable 😋. But I think it peaks on the first day it is opened. After that, it might be better to drink it warmed up.

Rice used is Miyamanishiki I miss the 36th person. I used to buy it at my favorite liquor store about 20 years ago. It has a subtle ginjo aroma and a refreshing taste. The acidity and bitterness give it a taste of white wine. The sweetness increases as the temperature rises after a little time. It is also good as a food sake.

A sake from Yamagata. It is brewed with Yamada Nishiki. Gorgeous aroma of Daiginjo. It has a clear taste of light and dry. I felt it was very easy to drink with good mouthfeel. I want to drink more of it! A gem that makes you want to drink more.

Oniyasha Centrifuged Junmai Ginjo Nigori Sake. It is a delicious sake with a creamy mouthfeel and a bitter taste that comes after the umami and goes down the throat. I think it's a slightly dry nigorizake. It's delicious 😋The label has a picture of the top and bottom. The direction of the label is reversed from the normal Oniyasha label.

It has a scary face, but the taste was gentle. It is a sake from Sado Island.

☀️ Slightly amber 🟨. I heard that the label is a face of a laughing grandpa when turned upside down 👴🏻. Maybe it's a 2-sided drink... and that's exciting 😄 Indescribable taste with an astringency that is not astringent and a sweet sensation that is not sweet 😑. Mmmm, I'm skeptical 👹. In addition to being elusive, it's easy to drink neat and without alcohol. Everything feels like a middle ground 🍶. It's a sake that seems to change a thousand ways with food, too bad we only have grilled sausage🌭 right now😱. It is hard to capture the individuality of the sake 🍶 and the taste may change depending on your mood or physical condition 🍶. In my personal opinion, I think it is easy to fool the low quality of sake by the outstanding acidity and easy to adjust it by setting up the sweetness 🤔. I think it is easy to disguise the low quality of the sake by the outstanding acidity, and it is also easy to adjust it by setting up sweetness 🤔. I will be checking out this sake in the future 🤗

The moment I opened it, I could smell the sweet aroma! I thought it would be sweet, but it was sharp and spicy! As expected of Onikoroshi...! But I still feel that the sweet aroma softens the spiciness. It's a fun drink 😁.

Today is Mukade, the second time it has appeared. After opening the bottle, it immediately had a nice aroma. I wonder if it is because it is a daiginjo. The taste is robust and dry. There is no fruit in it. Yona? 🤔

The third cup is a centipede ministry. The one I probably wouldn't buy based on the label 🤣. But I think this one had the best aroma of all the ones I had yesterday 😋. It was unexpected and made a big impact👍 You're getting into the swing of things now 🤣.

It is said that it is written "no wind" and read "Mukade". Once you see it, you'll never forget it. It is soft to the palate and seems to go well with any dishes.

I went to Yamagata for the first time in a long time😊. I was allowed to drink sake at my uncle's house. Mellow and sake-like sake, just the way I like it for everyday drinking 😊. There was also some Asahitaka at night, but I don't remember drinking it. I forgot to take a picture 🥲.

This sake is brewed by Umeshiki Yamakawa, a subsidiary of the major sake maker Hakutsuru Shuzo. In recent years, Hakutsuru Shuzo has purchased a number of breweries from across Japan. The Aomori-based brewer Momokawa, which uses Hakutsuru Nishiki, is also a subsidiary company of Hakutsuru Shuzo. Not much of an aroma, slight whiff of alcohol. Dry, watery and clean on the palate, with little umami and a slight alu taste. After drinking it, it has a light throat feeling with a faint sweetness. It is a standard shokuchu sake. For the snacks, we had stewed kalbi and root vegetables, mussel pickled in soy sauce, chili bonito sakutome, and baby star ramen with the flavor of kondashi. It goes best with sakabuto, which enhances its sweetness.

Next was a sake I'd never seen before, so here it is. As soon as you take a sip, a very unique habit spreads! What is this? What a shocking taste! Looking at the label carefully, I found a hint of plum flavor? If it's the astringent bitter taste of plum, I'm convinced: 🙂↕️ I don't think I'll ever drink it again😅.

The first drink of the day. I drank it cold. It is fruity and has a sake-like taste. It is relatively light and easy to drink. I read in another post that it has a plum aroma when heated, so I thought I'd like to try it.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024③. Rakuraku zuru? Tano-no-zuru? No, it's Sasazuru 😁. Izushi Sake Brewery's 200 year old red clay warehouse still exists. Even more acidic than Sennenichi. Overall, it is refreshing. I thought it would be extremely spicy, but it is quite easy to drink. Of the B set, Nada Ichi is my favorite. I heard later that this brewery doesn't make it anymore and that it might contain sake from a famous brewery in the Tajima area 🤔. 🤔. It's ok if it tastes good even if they don't brew it themselves 😋. I was also interested in the King Brewery Inami that koge2 and Wakata-san were drinking, but I decided to skip it this time because it's available at Yamaya and I don't need to drink it now!

It was sold in advance at the brewery opening but I couldn't go, so I bought it after the official release. The top aroma is a bit like high cooked rice. It has a gentle sweetness and volume. I was surprised that it was more drinkable than I expected. It is relatively low in alcohol, but the taste does not make you feel so.

I have neglected to record this and am back to New Year😓😓. At a New Year's party with my uncle, we were treated to a special product from Azumaya in Adachi-ku, Tokyo. It was a very elegant sake with a melon-like aroma and flavor and a well-balanced fresh acidity. ☺️ I know it's a little early, but I'm going to make a reservation for the end of the year 😅😅.
