It's like the masculinity of gusto and honjozo. ♠️ The snow man on the label is a very unlikeable character and I drank it while looking at the label. It's a bit light and easy to drink 🙂 I want to try a hot one next time!

A modern sake brewed by Aoki Shuzo, famous for Tsururei. It is completely different from the cup of sake Yukio that I drank before. It is sweet with a sour taste, but not cloying and very easy to drink. It was a low-alcohol, fresh summer sake, but when I checked the production date, it was about a year ago.... I think it was sold at room temperature (not in the refrigerator), so I wonder if it is not a summer sake. Well, it tasted good to me, so I don't have a problem with it.

We have two minamis in our office, and they are in the same section, so when I call, I often get the wrong person💦. That aside, this time it was Jungin from Kochi Sake Minami. Dry fruity with a bit of acidity. Very drinkable👍. It can be drunk with a wide range of dishes, not just fish 😋. It was a good sake with a reasonable cost❣️.

My parents-in-law gave me this sake as a souvenir from Tanba Sasayama. It's a completely unknown brand, so I was very nervous when I opened the bottle. Maybe it's because we've been drinking a lot of autumn sake lately, but it's surprisingly refreshing 😳 You can drink it easily without getting stuck. It has a faint sourness and a spiciness that comes afterwards, and then it goes away quickly. It's a sake made with clean water that goes well with all kinds of food. We enjoyed it with pork kimchi and horse mackerel sashimi. I want to drink it carefully, but it will probably be gone in two days☺️.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024③. Rakuraku zuru? Tano-no-zuru? No, it's Sasazuru 😁. Izushi Sake Brewery's 200 year old red clay warehouse still exists. Even more acidic than Sennenichi. Overall, it is refreshing. I thought it would be extremely spicy, but it is quite easy to drink. Of the B set, Nada Ichi is my favorite. I heard later that this brewery doesn't make it anymore and that it might contain sake from a famous brewery in the Tajima area 🤔. 🤔. It's ok if it tastes good even if they don't brew it themselves 😋. I was also interested in the King Brewery Inami that koge2 and Wakata-san were drinking, but I decided to skip it this time because it's available at Yamaya and I don't need to drink it now!

There are various theories as to the origin of "Rakurakutsuru," but it is said that the name "Rakurakutsuru" is derived from the name of a place called "Sasaura" near Kinosaki Hot Spring located about 20 km from the brewery, the name of the villa of the lord of Izushi Castle, Lord Sengoku, called "Rakurakuen," and the name of sake, "Rakuraku," which is also called "Sasazuru. The name of the villa is said to be "Rakurakuen" and the word for sake is "Rakuraku". The word "crane" is said to refer to the storks that lived in this area. The top aroma has a strong alcohol flavor. It is a very rich and mellow sake, as it is a pure sake. I don't want to compare it to other sake, but it has the feel of mellow shochu or spirits. However, it is a sake (I don't like the term "sake", so I call it "alcohol"), so it is somewhat mellow, not that harsh alcohol. It's easy to drink, so you can gobble it down with a gulp, and (for me) it's a bit of a kick.

This sake is brewed by Umeshiki Yamakawa, a subsidiary of the major sake maker Hakutsuru Shuzo. In recent years, Hakutsuru Shuzo has purchased a number of breweries from across Japan. The Aomori-based brewer Momokawa, which uses Hakutsuru Nishiki, is also a subsidiary company of Hakutsuru Shuzo. Not much of an aroma, slight whiff of alcohol. Dry, watery and clean on the palate, with little umami and a slight alu taste. After drinking it, it has a light throat feeling with a faint sweetness. It is a standard shokuchu sake. For the snacks, we had stewed kalbi and root vegetables, mussel pickled in soy sauce, chili bonito sakutome, and baby star ramen with the flavor of kondashi. It goes best with sakabuto, which enhances its sweetness.

Next was a sake I'd never seen before, so here it is. As soon as you take a sip, a very unique habit spreads! What is this? What a shocking taste! Special Junmai sake with 60% polished rice ratio I bought the jacket because of the impressive cartoonish, retro Showa-era "Oniotome" illustrations. The illustration was done by Minako Sonobe. It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!

I went to Fukuroi Sake House Yamaya for Kaiun Tachiharu Asashimusubori, and I was able to buy it without reservation every year, but not this year 😅I screwed up 😅. Since I went there, I bought another Risshun Asashibori 😊for good luck👍. It's a good omen 📌720ml ¥1,980 Here's a quick rice! The aroma is fruity💕 The color is beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink 😊👍 You can also taste the sweetness of the rice 💕 I think it's probably dry. It is a delicious sake that does not interfere with your meal💕💕💕 I couldn't buy the Kaiun Tachiharu Asashibori so I bought it anyway, but the Hatsuwakatake was even better than I imagined👍 Next year I'll remember to pre-order the Kaiun Tachiharu Asashibori 😅.

A love that has lasted over two years has been fulfilled. I had a bottle in Ito izakaya two summers ago and enjoyed it so much that I was looking for a bottle to buy someday. I finally met the devil maiden in love😄. It is slightly effervescent and has a rather firm, juicy sweetness, but the mouthfeel is light and cuts through easily. The aroma is greenish, like unripe bananas🍌. Fresh and easy to drink, it goes well with oily fish 🐟.

Yamamoto Honke had a store at Sendai Mitsukoshi in conjunction with the Kyoto Exhibition. I look forward to Yamamoto Honke's "tarekuchi" every year at this time of the year, but it seems to take about one more week before it is shipped, so I did not get it this year either. A "sacred" store found near Nishiki Market in Kyoto. Great cold drink when you are finally able to sit down after a long day of walking 😀. It was slightly carbonated and went down my throat so well I didn't mind the 19% alcohol content 😅. You can't tell the alcohol content in modern sakes. Beautiful construction.

Participated in a brewery event hosted by a liquor store. Tasted at the second round of the Sekiya Shuzo booth, which is famous for Houraisen. Houraisen Junmai Daiginjo Sora We were served a Junmai Daiginjo Sora, which is hard to find in Aichi Prefecture. It had a luxurious taste with both sweetness and umami of rice. It is the kind of sake that you can drink without limit. The Ichinenfudo series is also delicious, but I prefer Houraisen Sora.

[Fukui Spring New Sake Festival (9) The event was coming to an end with a series of sake from Ishikawa. We decided to try something a little different and had a drink here 🍶. Hayaseura Special Junmai Sake "Umi-no-Otoko This is an old sake that has been stored in the brewery for 3 years and was served warmed 😁. The aroma of rice flavor, the gentle texture on the tongue, the impact of the flavor at the back of the throat, the warm aftertaste of heated sake, and the bitter taste at the back of the throat at the end........ It is a "man of the sea" respecting fishermen who work at sea, and I feel that it is strongly made to go well with local fatty seafood and salty preserved food 😋. The entrée sold out unexpectedly quickly, so I emptied it before I could check its true value💦.
