Purchased at Kigawaya. After one job.
Kikuyu-san, one of the 36 brewers, is bankrupt and can't drink anymore. I am very sorry 😢.
One of the last two I bought.
The aroma is quite subdued. Slight aroma of rice.
It is quite light and dry for a junmai sake.
It has a sharp sharp taste with a short aftertaste.
A complex spiciness lingers on the tongue.
It has a unique flavor.
We paired it with yellowtail shabu-shabu.
It is a shame to think that we can no longer drink it.

Kikuyu, sorry to hear about your bankruptcy 😢😥😥.
I have been a customer of 36 people, Jun Dai, since I knew it 5 years ago 😋😋.
At the beginning it was a sweeter Houjun, but it seems to have changed to a slightly spicier though Houjun. I think Junmai is the same.
It was a great match with the omizuke and we gobbled it up.
I hope drinking sake and eating local food will help promote the local community.
Sorry for being so gloomy.
It was given to me by a colleague last year when I was having a very hard time at work 😆.
What a bottle 😮 I won't have it for another month.
It tastes like a dry royal road. It has a mellow and delicious taste. It is very easy to drink🙆
It is even easier to drink with ice. It is also delicious when heated 😋.
I served it with a side dish of pickled round eggplant with sake lees (made by Naritaya Brewery in Matsudai). Delicious, but well, salty 😆 Nagano's food has a lot of preserved foods. The tamari soy sauce here is very tasty.
I went bankrupt in these times, but I bought it online because I was told it was available.
I first drank it at room temperature and found it to be refreshing, but with a lot of flavor.
I was told that it was best to warm it up, so I tried it in the following order: top warmed, hot, and lukewarm.
The hotter the sake was, the stronger it was.
Lukewarm is the easiest to drink.
