We have two minamis in our office, and they are in the same section, so when I call, I often get the wrong person💦.
That aside, this time it was Jungin from Kochi Sake Minami.
Dry fruity with a bit of acidity. Very drinkable👍.
It can be drunk with a wide range of dishes, not just fish 😋.
It was a good sake with a reasonable cost❣️.
